Abstract

Kesadaran akan isu keberlanjutan semakin meningkat di berbagai sektor industri, di mana organisasi yang menerapkan praktik-praktik ini dianggap sebagai elemen kunci dalam membangun perekonomian mandiri dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya secara efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan membahas pengembangan penelitian pengelolaan Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) dalam konteks keberlanjutan pada industri kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode bibliometrik. Metode bibliometrik dapat menghasilkan kinerja penelitian mengenai topik tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan sebanyak 89 artikel yang diperoleh dari Scopus. Selanjutnya, diolah dengan bantuan VOSviewer dan Biblioshiny. Analisis scientific performance memeriksa kinerja publikasi data penelitian tahunan, sumber jurnal data penelitian, kontribusi negara, dan kinerja kutipan. Analisis science mapping menemukan 3 klaster Co-Occurrance yaitu klaster merah dengan topik Green HRM, klaster hijau dengan topik healthcare, dan kluster biru topik health service. 2 klaster analisis sitasi menemukan hasil bahwa klaster merah membahas tentang sustainability practices dan klaster hijau dengan topik Green HRM. 7 klaster bibliographic coupling yaitu klaster merah membahas pengelolaan SDM, klaster hijau membah model bisnis, klaster biru tua membahas praktik Green HRM, klaster kuning membahas manajemen SDM di konteks tertentu, klaster ungu membahas inovasi, klaster biru muda membahas tentang keberlanjutan, dan orange membahas studi kasus organisasi. Scientific performance dan science mapping dapat juga digunakan dalam penelitian di masa depan untuk fokus pada tema-tema Green HRM karena tema tersebut dapat dieksplorasi lebih dalam. Tema-tema tersebut mencakup aspek-aspek seperti healthcare, hospital, resource allocation. Penelitian di masa mendatang dapat diperluas dengan merujuk kepada database yang lebih beragam dan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak lainnya untuk menganalisis data secara lebih komprehensif.
================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================Awareness of sustainability issues is increasing in various industrial sectors, where organizations that implement these practices are considered key elements in building a self-sufficient economy by utilizing resources efficiently. Therefore, this study will discuss the development of research on Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) management in the context of sustainability in the healthcare industry using bibliometric methods. Bibliometric methods can produce research performance on this topic. The results of this study found as many as 89 articles obtained from Scopus. Furthermore, they were processed with the help of VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. Scientific performance analysis examines the performance of annual research publication data, research journal sources, country contributions, and citation performance. Science mapping analysis found 3 Co-Occurrence clusters, namely the red cluster with the topic of Green HRM, the green cluster with the topic of healthcare, and the blue cluster with the topic of health service. Two citation analysis clusters found results that the red cluster discusses sustainability practices and the green cluster with the topic of Green HRM. Seven bibliographic coupling clusters were identified: the red cluster discusses HR management, the green cluster discusses business models, the dark blue cluster discusses Green HRM practices, the yellow cluster discusses HR management in specific contexts, the purple cluster discusses innovation, the light blue cluster discusses sustainability, and the orange cluster discusses organizational case studies. Scientific performance and science mapping can also be used in future research to focus on Green HRM themes because these themes can be explored further. These themes include aspects such as healthcare, hospital, and resource allocation. Future research can be expanded by referring to more diverse databases and utilizing other software to analyze data more comprehensively.
