Abstract
The manufacturing sector faces challenges in terms of quality and quantity. The industry must be able to handle increasing product demand while also ensuring continual high quality. Iron billets are particularly important in the construction industry, where they serve as the primary foundation material for all building and infrastructure projects. PT HK Bhirawa Steel manufactures reinforcing steel for various construction projects in Indonesia. To address this, an automation system is required in the industry, specifically a system capable of replacing humans in the goods production process. There are various steps to the general goods production process. Starting with the sorting of raw materials (primary), items are processed from their primary form into ready-to-use goods, and then packed. All stages can be completed automatically using a machine designed with Programmable Logic Control (PLC). The process phases in the production of reinforcing steel can be depicted using the Bar Reheating Furnace Construction device PLC programming language and the Ladder Diagram. The primarily process is build the sequence chart and it switching function then it will produce the logic control for ladder diagram. Ladder Diagram Construction using the Sequence chart Method in bar reheating furnace requires a total of 61 ladder rungs with 51 as relay and 105 for output with total data 702 kilobyte.

Sektor manufaktur menghadapi tantangan dalam hal kualitas dan kuantitas. Industri ini harus mampu menangani permintaan produk yang terus meningkat sekaligus memastikan kualitas yang tinggi secara berkelanjutan. Billet besi sangat penting dalam industri konstruksi, di mana billet besi berfungsi sebagai bahan pondasi utama untuk semua proyek bangunan dan infrastruktur. PT HK Bhirawa Steel memproduksi baja tulangan untuk berbagai proyek konstruksi di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan sistem otomasi dalam industri, khususnya sistem yang mampu menggantikan manusia dalam proses produksi barang. Terdapat berbagai tahapan dalam proses produksi barang secara umum. Dimulai dari pemilahan bahan baku (primer), barang diproses dari bentuk primer menjadi barang siap pakai, dan kemudian dikemas. Semua tahapan tersebut dapat dilakukan secara otomatis menggunakan mesin yang dirancang dengan Programmable Logic Control (PLC). Tahapan proses dalam produksi baja tulangan dapat digambarkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PLC perangkat Bar Reheating Furnace Construction dan Ladder Diagram. Proses utamanya adalah membangun diagram urutan dan fungsi switching yang kemudian akan menghasilkan kontrol logika untuk diagram tangga. Konstruksi Ladder Diagram dengan menggunakan Metode Sequence chart pada bar reheating furnace membutuhkan total 61 ladder rung dengan 51 rungs sebagai relay dan 105 rungs sebagai output dengan total data 702 kilobyte.
