Abstract

Rekam Medis merupakan dokumen yang penting dalam proses pencatatan kesehatan pasien dari awal hingga akhir perawatan. Rekam medis juga diperlukan sebagai penunjang untuk melakukan tindakan pertolongan lebih lanjut secara cepat dan akurat berdasarkan informasi yang telah dicatat. Untuk menunjang peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam rekam medis, dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan (SIMKES) yang dapat mempercepat proses pengoperasian pelayanan medis. Dalam mendukung implementasi SIMKES terhadap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terdapat SIMKES Khanza yang dikembangkan secara terbuka (open-source) berbasis desktop. Salah satu modul yang ada pada SIMKES adalah pengelolaan obat, bahan habis pakai medis, dan alat kesehatan yang dapat berfungsi sebagai peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang serta membangun sistem informasi pada pengelolaan obat, bahan habis pakai medis, dan alat kesehatan berbasis website. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini diperlukan beberapa langkah berupa penentuan rumusan masalah, studi literatur, penggalian kebutuhan, penentuan desain, pembangunan sistem, pengujian sistem dan diakhiri dengan penyusunan buku tugas akhir. Dengan hadirnya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memudahkan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam mengelola obat, bahan habis pakai dan alat kesehatan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini adalah metode test-driven development dengan merujuk pada SIMKES Khanza. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini berhasil merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan obat, bahan habis pakai medis, dan alat kesehatan berbasis website.

Medical records are essential documents in the process of recording patient health from the beginning to the end of treatment. Medical records are also required to support further emergency actions quickly and accurately based on the recorded information. To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical records, a Health Management Information System (HMIS) is needed to expedite the operational processes of medical services. In supporting the implementation of HMIS in healthcare facilities, there is an open-source, desktop-based HMIS Khanza. One of the modules in HMIS includes the management of drugs, medical consumables, and medical devices, which can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop an information system for managing drugs, medical consumables, and medical devices based on a website. To support this research, several steps are required, including problem formulation, literature review, requirements elicitation, design determination, system development, system testing, and the preparation of a final thesis. With the presence of this system, it is expected to facilitate healthcare facilities in managing drugs, medical consumables, and medical devices. The development method used in this final project is the test-driven development method, referring to HMIS Khanza. This final project successfully designed and built a web-based information management system for managing drugs, medical consumables, and medical devices.
