Abstract
Perkembangan industri UMKM food & beverages di Indonesia terus berkembang dalam menghadapi peningkatan minat masyarakat, menuntut inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan. Perancangan ini adalah sebuah booth bazar yang dapat digunakan untuk berjualan dan promosi bagi UMKM Food and Beverages, dengan studi kasus UMKM Nasi Jinggo yaitu Jinggowati, melalui acara bazar kuliner sebagai solusi yang dapat mendukung pengembangan usaha Food & beverages pada UMKM. Metode penelitian melibatkan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan pasar, serta wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM terkait. Perancangan ini mengusung pendekatan campuran, melibatkan studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan pemilik/ pelaku usaha UMKM food & beverages dengan studi kasus UMKM Jinggowati melalui wawancara. Melalui pemahaman mendalam terhadap tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh UMKM, Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booth dirancang sebagai sarana yang mobile, portable, dan dapat disesuaikan dengan berbagai lokasi acara bazar kuliner. Booth bazar ini dirancang agar mudah dipindahkan, dirakit, dan disesuaikan dengan berbagai lokasi dan acara. Struktur Booth didesain secara foldable, dan mobilitas yang memungkinkan penggunaan ruang yang efisien dan tampilan yang menarik. Penggunaan material yang durable dan menarik secara visual. Hasil perancangan booth ini berupa sebuah booth bazar yang memudahkan mobilitas aktivitas bazar kuliner ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di industri food and beverages melalui pemanfaatan Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booth. Dengan demikian, hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemasaran produk UMKM, serta memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih baik bagi konsumen

The development of the MSME food & beverages industry in Indonesia continues to grow in the face of increasing public interest, demanding innovation in marketing and sales strategies. This design is a bazaar booth that can be used for sales and promotions for Food and Beverages MSMEs, with the case study of Nasi Jinggo MSMEs, namely Jinggowati, through a culinary bazaar event as a solution that can support the development of Food & beverages businesses for MSMEs. The research method involves literature study, market needs analysis, and interviews with related MSME owners. This design takes a mixed approach, involving literature studies, analysis of the needs of food & beverages MSME business owners/entrepreneurs with case studies of Jinggowati MSMEs through interviews. Through in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs, the Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booth is designed as a means that is mobile, portable, and can be adapted to various culinary bazaar event locations. This bazaar booth is designed to be easy to move, assemble and adapt to various locations and events. The Booth structure is designed to be foldable, and its mobility allows for efficient use of space and an attractive appearance. Use of materials that are durable and visually attractive. The result of this booth design is a bazaar booth that facilitates the mobility of culinary bazaar activities. It is hoped that it can contribute to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the food and beverages industry through the use of Mobile Portable Pop-Up Booths. Thus, the results of this design are expected to have a positive impact on the marketing of MSME products, as well as providing a better shopping experience for consumers.
