Abstract

Kantor adalah tempat karyawan melakukan aktivitas kerjanya, seperti menerima, mengolah dan menyalurkan informasi sehingga mendukung tercapainya tujuan kantor tersebut. Suatu kantor memiliki tujuan dan fungsi yang berbeda dari kantor lainnya. Begitu pula Kantor DPRD Bangkalan yang bergerak dibidang sektor pelayanan masyarakat. Hubungan baik antara pegawai dan masyarakat sangat diutamakan guna memberikan hasil yang optimal dalam pelayanan. Melalui metode Interior Design Thinking, didapatkan kajian solusi mengenai pengembangan desain interior Kantor DPRD Bangkalan. Menggunakan teknologi digital, didapatkan proses pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Seperti, penggunaan meeting cubicle, sistem E-Office atau E-Government, digital signage, sistem dokumentasi digital dan ruang pertemuan berteknologi digital. Selain memberikan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif, penggunaan teknologi digital mampu memberikan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat atau pengunjung kantor. Maka dari itu, didapatkan desain interior kantor yang menggunakan teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan citra kantor atau branding yang lebih modern, profesional dan transparan bagi Kantor DPRD Bangkalan.

An office is a place where employees carry out their work activities, such as receiving, processing and distributing information to support the achievement of the office's goals. An office has different goals and functions from other offices. Likewise, he Bangkalan DPRD Office is engaged in the community service sector. Good relations between employees and the community are prioritized in order to provide optimal results in service. Through the Interior Design Thinking method, a solution study was obtained regarding the development of the interior design of the Bangkalan DPRD Office. Using digital technology, a more effective and efficient service process is obtained. For example, the use of meeting cubicles, E-Office or E-Government systems, digital signage, digital documentation systems and digital technology meeting rooms. In addition to providing a more productive work environment, the use of digital technology can provide comfort for the community or office visitors. Therefore, the interior design of the office using digital technology can improve the image of the office or branding that is more modern, professional and transparent for the Bangkalan DPRD Office.
