Abstract
Perkembangan dunia bisnis sangat dinamis serta dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya oleh perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Diperlukan suatu pendekatan bisnis yang melihat pengguna/pelanggan sebagai sasaran utama, sehingga mampu berkembang dalam persaingan, terutama pada bisnis yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menjalankan usahanya, termasuk layanan aplikasi direktori wisata. Pengembangan Tahapan Customer Development pada Layanan Aplikasi Direktori Wisata menggunakan Design Thinking merupakan suatu proses pengembangan berdasarkan tahapan survei terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dalam mendefinisikan masalah serta merumuskan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan serta wawasan terkait kebutuhan pengguna terhadap suatu layanan aplikasi direktori wisata, melakukan identifikasi fitur-fitur layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna layanan aplikasi direktori wisata, serta mendapatkan Minimum Viable Product (MVP) pada layanan aplikasi direktori wisata yang dimiliki oleh penulis saat ini (https://gatewee.com). Penelitian yang dilakukan berupa survei dan wawancara kepada pengguna melalui tahapan Customer Development serta menggunakan pendekatan penyelesaian masalah berbasis pengguna melalui Design Thinking. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang mendeskripsikan strategi pengembangan berbasis pengguna pada Layanan Aplikasi Direktori Wisata. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu User Persona, identifikasi fitur-fitur, fokus pengembangan fitur, prototipe, hasil Usability Test, MVP, strategi pemasasaran & business model serta rencana pengembangan bisnis

The development of the business world is very dynamic and influenced by various factors, including technological developments and changes in people's lifestyles. A business approach is needed that sees users/customers as the main target, so that they can develop in competition, especially in businesses that utilize information technology to run their businesses, including tourism directory application services. Development of Customer Development Stages in Tourism Directory Application Services using Design Thinking is a development process based on survey stages of user needs in defining problems and formulating solutions to these problems. This study aims to gain knowledge and insight regarding user needs for a tourism directory application service, identify service features that are in accordance with the needs of tourism directory application service users, and obtain a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) on the tourism directory application service currently owned by the author (https://gatewee.com). The research conducted was in the form of surveys and interviews with users through the Customer Development stages and using a user-based problem-solving approach through Design Thinking. This research method is a qualitative and quantitative study that describes user-based development strategies in Tourism Directory Application Services. The results of the study are User Persona, identification of features, focus of feature development, prototypes, Usability Test results, MVP, marketing strategies & business models and business development plans
