Abstract

Udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) merupakan salah satu komoditas budidaya perikanan yang paling penting di Indonesia. Udang ini dibudidayakan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, termasuk di Jawa Timur. Salah satu faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam budidaya udang vaname adalah kualitas air, termasuk tingkat keasaman atau PH air. Kisaran PH yang ideal untuk udang vaname adalah antara 7,5 hingga 8,5. Pengendalian PH air secara manual pada tambak budidaya udang vaname umumnya dilakukan dengan penambahan kapur atau asam secara berkala. Cara ini kurang efisien dan tidak selalu tepat, karena PH air dapat berubah dengan cepat dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode kontrol logika fuzzy dalam mengontrol PH air pada tambak budidaya udang vaname dan mengintegrasikan sistem kontrol dan monitoring berbasis IoT menggunakan platform ThingSpeak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa logika fuzzy terbukti efektif dalam menjaga kualitas air dan memungkinkan sistem kontrol untuk merespon perubahan lingkungan tambak dengan lebih fleksibel dan adaptif. Sistem kontrol fuzzy yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan keputusan optimal berdasarkan aturan-aturan inferensi yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem kontrol fuzzy dapat memastikan parameter pH air tambak selalu dalam batas yang aman untuk budidaya udang vaname.

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the most important aquaculture commodities in Indonesia. This shrimp is cultivated in various regions in Indonesia, including in East Java. One important factor that needs to be considered in vaname shrimp farming is water quality, including water acidity or PH. The ideal PH range for vaname shrimp is between 7.5 to 8.5. Manual water pH control in vaname shrimp farming ponds is generally done by periodically adding lime or acid. This method is less efficient and not always appropriate, because water pH can change rapidly and is influenced by various factors. The purpose of this research is to implement fuzzy logic control method to control water pH in vaname shrimp farming ponds and integrate IoT-based control and monitoring system using ThingSpeak platform. The results showed that fuzzy logic proved effective in maintaining water quality and allowing the control system to respond to changes in the pond environment more flexibly and adaptively. The fuzzy control system designed in this study is able to produce optimal decisions based on predefined inference rules. Thus, the fuzzy control system can ensure that the pH parameter of pond water is always within safe limits for vaname shrimp farming.
