Abstract
IPLT Keputih merupakan satu-satunya pengolahan lumpur tinja di Kota Surabaya. Identifikasi kadar oksigen terlarut dengan BOD5 dinilai kurang efektif, karena metode analisis ini memakan waktu umumnya 5 hari. Sedangkan, terdapat 48 perusahaan swasta dan 3 buah truk pemerintah yang diterima oleh IPLT Keputih. Oksigen terlarut merupakan salah satu faktor penting pada kualitas air.
