Abstract
PT TAZZ Mandiri Persada, sebuah perusahaan kecil di sektor Makanan & Minuman yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pengolahan kopi, sedang mengalami transisi strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing pasar dan efisiensi operasional. Perusahaan yang memiliki empat unit bisnis utama—Kopi Kota Hujan, Daddy's Roastery, Kojan Coffee, dan TAZZ Bakery—mengalami penurunan kinerja yang ditandai dengan pendapatan dan penjualan yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini menangani kebutuhan mendesak akan sistem manajemen strategis dan pengukuran kinerja yang kuat untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar dan memanfaatkan peluang pertumbuhan. Tugas akhir ini mengadopsi pendekatan komprehensif yang menggabungkan Kemampuan Servitisasi dan Empat Dimensi Lingkungan Bisnis untuk analisis internal dan eksternal, masing-masing untuk pemahaman mendalam tentang kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Matriks TOWS untuk mengidentifikasi opsi strategis dan Matriks Perencanaan Strategis Kuantitatif (QSPM) untuk memprioritaskan strategi-strategi ini. Strategi yang dipilih meliputi penerapan sistem CRM yang canggih, memperluas layanan kustomisasi, dan meningkatkan inisiatif pemasaran digital. Selain itu, kerangka kerja Balanced Scorecard (BSC) digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengukuran kinerja multi-dimensi yang selaras dengan model bisnis Sistem Produk-Layanan (PSS) PT TAZZ Mandiri Persada yang baru. Tujuan strategis didefinisikan secara komprehensif berdasarkan empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard, yang mencakup total 11 tujuan strategis dan 21 Indikator Kinerja Utama (KPI). Ini mencakup tujuan seperti mengoptimalkan margin keuntungan, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan engagement karyawan.

PT TAZZ Mandiri Persada, a small enterprise in the Food & Beverage sector specializing in coffee processing, is undergoing a strategic transition to enhance its market competitiveness and operational efficiency. The company, which encompasses four main business units—Kopi Kota Hujan, Daddy's Roastery, Kojan Coffee, and TAZZ Bakery—has been experiencing declining performance marked by unstable revenue and sales. This study addresses the urgent need for a robust strategic management and performance measurement system to navigate market challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. The final project adopts a comprehensive approach combining Servitization Capabilities and the Four Dimensions of the Business Environment for internal and external analysis, respectively to deep understanding on company’s internal and external conditions. The study employs the TOWS Matrix to identify strategic options and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to prioritize these strategies. The selected strategies include implementing an advanced CRM system, expanding customization services, and enhancing digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework is utilized to develop a multi-dimensional performance measurement system that aligns with PT TAZZ Mandiri Persada's new Product-Service System (PSS) business model. The strategic objectives are comprehensively defined across four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, encompassing a total of 11 strategic objectives and 21 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes objectives such as optimizing profit margins, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving employee engagement.
