Abstract

Kecamatan Nglegok memiliki beberapa daya tarik wisata yang berbeda berupa Candi Penataran, De Karanganjar Koffie Plantage, dan Wisata Alam Paco, dengan jarak 3 hingga 5 km. Namun, pada ketiga masih terdapat permasalahan yaitu ketimpangan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, aksesibilitas, serta upaya pemasaran sehingga kurang diminati oleh wisatawan luar daerah. Sehingga, perlu adanya pengembangan pariwisata untuk mengintegrasikan pariwisata agar jumlah kunjungan meningkat.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk merumuskan arahan integrasi pariwisata yang ada pada Kecamatan Nglegok, Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tahapan. Tahap pertama menggunakan metode Content Analysis untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pariwisata melalui pendekatan integrasi pariwisata pada Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar. Tahap kedua menggunakan metode Analisis Delphi untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam pengembangan integrasi pariwisata pada Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar. Tahap terakhir menggunakan metode Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif untuk merumuskan arahan integrasi pariwisata pada Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu arahan pengembangan integrasi pariwisata pada Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar, meliputi penyediaan paket wisata menggunakan rute antar-destinasi pariwisata; membuat transportasi khusus yang dapat menghubungkan ketiga destinasi pariwisata; menetapkan rute wisata yang dapat mengakomodasi perjalanan wisata; menambah penginapan terpadu yang lebih proper; menambah tempat makan/restoran; memasukkan konsep integrasi pariwisata kepada perencanaan pengembangan pariwisata; melakukan koordinasi mengenai pengembangan integrasi pariwisata antara pemerintah, swasta, pengelola, ataupun pihak yang kompeten; membentuk POKDARWIS atau kelompok sadar wisata; membuat pengelola khusus terkait integrasi pariwisata dan menciptakan kolaborasi dengan pihak swasta yang lain dalam pengembangan integrasi pariwisata.

Nglegok District has several different tourism attractions in the form of Penataran Temple, De Karanganjar Koffie Plantage, and Paco Nature Plantage, with a distance of 3 to 5 km. However, in the third there are still problems, namely the inequality of number of tourist visits, accessibility, and marketing efforts so that it is less desirable for tourist outside the region. So, there is a need for tourism development to generalize tourist visits.
The purpose of this research is to formulate tourism integration directions in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. This research has three stages. The first stage uses the Content Analysis method to identify tourism characteristics through the tourism integration approach in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. The second stage uses the Delphi Analysis method to analyze influential factors in the development of tourism integration in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. The last stage uses the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method to formulate tourism integration directions in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency.
The results of this research are the direction for the development of tourism integration in Nglegok District, Blitar Regency, including the provision of tour packages using inter-destination tourism routes; making special transportation that can connect the three tourism destinations; establishing tourist routes that can accommodate tourist trips; adding more appropriate integrated lodging; adding restaurants; including the concept of tourism integration to tourism development planning; coordinating the development of tourism integration between the government, private sector, managers, or competent parties; forming POKDARWIS or tourism conscious groups; creating special managers related to tourism integration and creating collaborations with other private parties in the development of tourism integration.
