Abstract

Pengembangan kesehatan sedang menjadi fokus dunia dan pemerintah dalam SDGs 03. SDGs mengacu pada peningkatan kematian akibat Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Penyakit tersebut memerlukan perawatan dengan fasilitas bangunan terbaik yang terus diupayakan pemerintah dalam PERMENKES 40 Tahun 2022. Selain transformasi fasilitas bangunan, transformasi teknologi dalam rumah sakit juga diperlukan.
RSUD Dr. Soetomo sebagai rumah sakit rujukan Indonesia Timur dengan intensitas penggunaan ruang rawat inap yang cukup tinggi. Peran rumah sakit selain sebagai penyedia fasilitas kesehatan yang nyaman juga sebagai supportive environment yang mendukung kesehatan psikologi pengguna untuk mendukung kesembuhan pasien. Perancangan ini dibuat untuk mendapatkan rencana desain interior rumah sakit yang nyaman, efektif, efisien, dan supportive sehingga dapat mendukung kesembuhan pasien.
Metode yang digunakan adalah design thinking dengan tahapan understanding, empathize, define, ideate, model, dan test. Data yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam merancang terdapat pada tahapan understanding yang berasal dari studi pengguna ruang, studi eksisting, dan studi literatur.

Health development is currently a focus of the world and governments within SDG 03. SDGs refer to the increasing mortality from Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) which continues to rise every year. These diseases require treatment with the best building facilities, which the government continues to strive for in PERMENKES 40 of 2022. In addition to the transformation of building facilities, technological transformation in hospitals is also necessary.
RSUD Dr. Soetomo, as a referral hospital in Eastern Indonesia with a high intensity of inpatient room usage, plays a crucial role. Apart from being a provider of comfortable healthcare facilities, hospitals also serve as a supportive environment that promotes the psychological well-being of users to aid in patient recovery. This design is created to obtain a hospital interior design plan that is comfortable, effective, efficient, and supportive to facilitate patient recovery.
The method used is design thinking, involving stages of understanding, empathizing, defining, ideating, modeling, and testing. The data used as a reference for designing comes from the understanding stage, derived from user space studies, existing studies, and literature reviews.
