Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada mengukur tingkat kesadaran keamanan informasi serta menganalisis lebih dalam hubungan antara variabel pengetahuan (knowledge), sikap (attitude), dan perilaku (behavior) pada HAIS-Q (The Human Aspect Information Security-Questionaire) terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi di lingkungan SMA di Kota Surabaya. Dengan pertumbuhan teknologi dan perangkat digital yang pesat, lembaga pendidikan yang sedang dalam masa transisi menuju era digital juga menghadapi tantangan keamanan informasi yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menjadi relevan mengingat potensi kerugian ekonomi global akibat serangan siber yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesadaran keamanan informasi serta menganalisa hubungan antara pengetahuan (knowledge), sikap (attitude), dan perilaku (behavior) pada HAIS-Q terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan tools SmartPLS. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan SMA di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan survey kuesioner yang mengacu pada HAIS-Q terhadap siswa SMA di Kota Surabaya. Hasil dari pengukuran kesadaran keamanan menunjukkan bahwa 82% siswa SMA memiliki tingkat kesadaran “Baik” dan 18% siswa memiliki tingkat kesadaran “Rata-rata” dan fokus area yang memiliki nilai terendah berada pada fokus area pengelolaan password dalam dimensi attitude. Hasil indeks kesadaran keamanan informasi menggunakan pembobotan ANP menunjukkan bahwa variabel attitude memiliki skor tertinggi dalam indeks kesadaran keamanan informasi. Hasil dari analisis hasil kuesioner menggunakan metode SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa variabel attitude memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi (ISA).Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan analisis PLS dilakukan penyusunan rekomendasi yang berfokus untuk meningkatkan attitude siswa terhadap kesadaran keamanan informasi.

This research focuses on measuring the level of information security awareness and analyzing more deeply the relationship between the variables of knowledge, attitude, and behavior in HAIS-Q (The Human Aspect Information Security- Questionaire) on information security awareness in high schools in Surabaya City. With the rapid growth of technology and digital devices, educational institutions that are in transition to the digital era also face significant information security challenges. This research becomes relevant given the high potential for global economic losses due to cyberattacks. This study aims to measure the level of information security awareness and analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and behavior on HAIS-Q on information security awareness using SEM- PLS method with SmartPLS tools. This research was conducted in high school environment in Surabaya City. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey that refers to HAIS-Q to high school students in Surabaya City. The results of the security awareness measurement show that 82% of high school students have a “Good” level of awareness and 18% of students have an “Average” level of awareness and the focus area that has the lowest score is in the focus area of password management in the attitude dimension. The results of the information security awareness index using ANP weighting show that the attitude variable has the highest score in the information security awareness index. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire results using the SEM-PLS method show that the attitude variable has a positive and significant influence on information security awareness (ISA).Based on the measurement results and PLS analysis, recommendations are made that focus on improving student attitude towards information security awareness.
