Beads are one of the crafts in Banyuwangi Regency in the souvenir center, namely Blimbingsari Creative Craft (BCC). They produce beads into the form of accessories, bags, wallets, belts, and household items. BCC MSMEs are bead-based handicrafts that use natural and artificial materials. However, in terms of bag design, it still does not represent the characteristics of Banyuwangi, so it has the potential to be developed using materials from Banyuwangi and exploring shapes through beading techniques. In the development of local cultural identity in souvenir products, it aims to increase the attraction of tourists. Along with the increase in the number of tourists after Covid-19, market demand has increased. Observation, interviews, questionnaire distribution, and design experiments are the methods used for this research. Design analysis and user preferences are also considered in the development of the bag. The development of clam bead bags uses the exploration method of beading techniques in beading beads and the exploration of material combinations that show the diversity of regional cultures by describing the variety of Banyuwangi ornaments. In this study, it seeks to develop a Banyuwangi souvenir center product in the form of a bag of shell beads with the concept of "Bohemian Chic" which uses beading techniques in beading beads with a combination of potential materials so that it becomes an attraction for local souvenirs for domestic and foreign tourists and becomes a foundation for development in the local handicraft industry sector.
