Abstract
Pengusaha perempuan pada sektor UMKM menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi masalah yang dihadapi serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengusaha perempuan dalam mengambil keputusan pembiayaan formal. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis konteks keputusan pendanaan meliputi Cognitive Financial Constraints, Organisational Factors, dan Contextual Factors. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori dari Miles & Huberman dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Lokasi penelitian terpusat di Kota Surabaya dengan periode waktu yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai proyeksi keuangan usaha, aspek teknis bunga pinjaman, kurangnya keyakinan ketidakstabilan bisnis pada pasar modal sosial yang dimiliki, kebutuhan pembiayaan eksternal tertutupi oleh kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam aspek operasional, pemasaran, dan keuangan yang berujung pada mendapatkan hasil laba yang lebih produktif menjadi penghambat bagi pengusaha perempuan untuk mengambil keputusan pembiayaan khususnya secara formal. Pengusaha perempuan cenderung merasa aman dan nyaman ketika pembiayaan usaha mereka didapatkan melalui laba mereka dan pembiayaan dari keluarga terdekat. Hal ini disebabkan kas yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha perempuan menjadi faktor penting untuk menjaga kestabilan usaha mereka dengan meminimalisir risiko. ============================================================================ Women entrepreneurs in the MSME sector are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. This study aims to explore the problems faced and the factors that influence women entrepreneurs in making formal financing decisions. The factors analyzed in the context of funding decisions include Cognitive Financial Constraints, Organisational Factors, and Contextual Factors. This research used primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using the theory of Miles & Huberman and data validity using data triangulation. The research location was centered in Surabaya City with a predetermined time period. The results found that the lack of knowledge about business financial projections, technical aspects of loan interest, lack of confidence in business instability in the social capital market owned, the need for external financing is covered by convenience and efficiency in operational, marketing, and financial aspects that lead to more productive profit results are obstacles for women entrepreneurs to make financing decisions, especially formally. Women entrepreneurs tend to feel safe and comfortable when their business financing is obtained through their profits and financing from their closest family. This is because the cash owned by women entrepreneurs is an important factor to maintain the stability of their business by minimizing risks.
