Abstract

Dalam organisasi atau perusahaan, salah satu alat yang umum digunakan dalam merancang dan mendokumentasikan proses bisnis adalah Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Dalam memahami model BPMN sistem berbelanja yang memiliki kompleksitas model proses bisnis yang cukup rumit, hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan mengartikan elemen-elemen simbol dan notasi di dalamnya sehingga menciptakan beban kognitif bagi pembaca model. Perancangan prompting Large Language Models (LLMs) dapat membantu mengakomodasi kebutuhan pembaca model BMPN dalam memahami model. Dari kondisi ini, terdapat peluang solusi berupa perancangan arsitektur informasi pada pembaca model BPMN dalam bidang sistem berbelanja untuk membantu pemahaman sistem model BPMN. Pada tugas akhir ini, penulis mengambil gambar model BPMN untuk dilakukan proses konversi gambar menjadi bentuk teks. Dilanjutkan proses perancangan arsitektur informasi yang mencerminkan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan arsitektur informasi dapat membantu pengguna untuk membaca. Hasil tersebut didapatkan dari hasil verifikasi bersama calon pengguna dan dievaluasi secara kualitatif. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya, melakukan penyusunan arsitektur informasi menggunakan LLM yang berbeda dan melanjutkan ke tahap perancangan desain antarmuka dengan penelitian ini.

In organizations or companies, one of the commonly used tools in designing and documenting business processes is Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). In understanding BPMN models of shopping systems that have the complexity of business process models that are quite complicated, this creates difficulties in interpreting the elements of symbols and notations in it, creating a cognitive burden for model readers. The design of prompting Large Language Models (LLMs) can help accommodate the needs of BMPN model readers in understanding the model. From this condition, there is an opportunity for a solution in the form of designing information architecture for BPMN model readers in the field of shopping systems to help understand BPMN model systems. In this final project, the author takes an image of the BPMN model to convert the image into text. Followed by the process of designing information architecture that reflects user needs. The results showed that the information architecture design can help users to read. These results were obtained from verification results with prospective users and evaluated qualitatively. Recommendations for further research, compiling information architecture using different LLMs and continuing to the interface design stage with this research.
