Abstract

Kelaikan fungsi jalan merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi keselamatan serta kelancaran mobilitas para pengguna jalan. Untuk memastikan kelaikan jalan sesuai dengan persyaratan teknis, dilakukan evaluasi laik fungsi jalan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi jalan serta upaya penanganan yang dapat diberikan agar ruas jalan tersebut dapat dioperasikan dengan aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna jalan.
Evaluasi laik fungsi jalan pada Ruas Jalan Batas Kabupaten Lamongan - Gedeg dilakukan dengan metode diskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan survei ke lokasi secara langsung dan mengisi form uji laik fungsi sesuai dengan Pedoman Bina Marga Nomor 06/P/BM/2024. Apabila hasil analisis uji laik fungsi jalan menunjukkan bahwa segmen jalan memiliki nilai skor pemeringkatan bintang yang tinggi, maka segmen tersebut memerlukan perbaikan teknis yang mencakup pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi segmen jalan tersebut. Implementasi rekomendasi perbaikan pada segmen jalan disajikan dalam bentuk Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) perbaikan.
Hasil evaluasi laik fungsi jalan pada ruas Jalan Batas Kabupaten Lamongan - Gedeg dengan metode pemeringkatan bintang menunjukkan bahwa dari total panjang 18,18 km terdapat 182 segmen penilaian jalan dengan skor hasil pemeringkatan bintang (Star Rating Score) sebesar 5,10 dengan kategori bintang pada sepanjang ruas jalan adalah 3,00. Hasil penilaian keseluruhan segmen menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 18 segmen dengan kategori bintang 5, 111 segmen dengan kategori bintang 4, 45 segmen dengan kategori bintang 3, dan 8 segmen dengan kategori bintang 2. Rekomendasi perbaikan diusulkan untuk segmen-segmen dengan kategori bintang 2 dan 3, dengan estimasi rencana anggaran biaya untuk rekomendasi perbaikan sebesar Rp 1.542.089.883,00.

The functional feasibility of roads is one of the important factors that influences the safety and smooth mobility of road users. To ensure roadworthiness in accordance with technical requirements, an evaluation of the road's functional worthiness is carried out with the aim of knowing the condition of the road and the handling measures that can be provided so that the road section can be operated safely and comfortably for road users.
Evaluation of the functional worthiness of roads on the Lamongan - Gedeg Regency Boundary Road is carried out using a qualitative descriptive method, namely by conducting a survey of the location directly and filling out a functional fit test form in accordance with Highways Guidelines Number 06/P/BM/2024. If the results of the road functional worthiness test analysis show that a road segment has a high star rating score, then the segment requires technical improvements which include providing recommendations for improvements that are appropriate to the condition of the road segment. Implementation of recommendations for improvements to road segments is presented in the form of Detailed Engineering Design and Repair Budget Plan.
The results of the evaluation of the road worthiness of the Lamongan - Gedeg Regency Border Road section using the star rating method show that of the total length of 18.18 km there are 182 road assessment segments with a star rating score of 5.10 with an overall star category. road section is 3.00. The results of the overall segment assessment show that there are 18 segments with a 5 star category, 111 segments with a 4 star category, 45 segments with a 3 star category, and 8 segments with a 2 star category. Improvement recommendations are proposed for segments with 2 and 3 star categories, with an estimated budget plan for recommended improvements of IDR 1,542,089,883.00.
