Abstract

Area tambak yang di Gunung Anyar termasuk kedalam area tercemar oleh limbah domestik dan limbah industri. Pencemaran tersebut dapat menggangu produktifitas fitoplankton, zooplankton, dan makanan alami ikan bandeng. Ikan bandeng termasuk kedalam ikan omnivora yaitu ikan pemakan segala mulai dari plankton dan juga tanaman air. Analisis isi lambung ikan bandeng dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi makanan alami yang terdapat pada lambung ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komposisi pakan alami ikan bandeng. Sampel ikan diambil di area wilayah Gunung Anyar yang merupakan salah satu pertambakan besar yang berada di Surabaya. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data kebiasaan makan pada ikan bandeng dilakukan secara metode meliputi, gastro somatic index, preponderance index, dan numerical diet composition index. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis isi lambung pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komposisi pakan ikan bandeng yang dibudidaya di Tambak Gunung Anyar, terdiri dari Fitoplankton (82-87%); zooplankton (13-17%) dan ikan (1%); Nilai preponderance index (makanan Utama) Chlorophyta sebesar 54%, dengan nilai gastro somatic index sebesar 1,86- 2,90 (kategori intensitas tinggi); nilai numerical diet composition index untuk fitoplankton sebesar 85% (kategori feeding habits planktivora). ========================================================================================================================The aquaculture area in Gunung Anyar is classified as a region polluted by domestic and industrial waste. This pollution can disrupt the productivity of phytoplankton, zooplankton, and natural food for milkfish. Milkfish are omnivorous fish, meaning they eat a wide variety of foods, including plankton and aquatic plants. Stomach content analysis of milkfish is conducted to determine the natural food present in the fish's stomach. The purpose of this research is to determine the composition of milkfish food. Fish samples were taken from the Gunung Anyar area, which is one of the largest aquaculture regions in Surabaya. The analysis to obtain data on milkfish feeding habits was carried out using methods such as the gastro somatic index, preponderance index, and numerical diet composition index. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Based on the stomach content analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the feed composition of milkfish cultured in the Gunung Anyar ponds consists of phytoplankton (82-87%), zooplankton (13-17%), and fish (1%). The preponderance index value (main food) for Chlorophyta was 54%, with a gastro somatic index value of 1.86-2.90 (high-intensity category); the numerical diet composition index value for phytoplankton was 85% (planktivorous feeding habits category).
