Abstract

Jalan Daan Mogot merupakan Jalan Nasional yang menghubungkan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Provinsi Banten yang membuat jalan ini seringkali dipadati kendaraan. Selain statusnya yang merupakan jalan nasional Koridor Jalan Daan Mogot memiliki penggunaan lahan dapat menghasilkan pergerakan bangkitan ataupun tarikan yang dapat memengaruhi volume jalan tersebut yakni terdapat perumahan, perkantoran, sarana umum sosial, perdagangan dan jasa, sarana pendidikan, dan industri. Tingginya arus kendaraan yang melintasi Jalan Daan Mogot membuat penumpukan kendaraan pada titik-titik tertentu. Konsep Transport Demand Management (TDM) memiliki potensi sebagai alternatif mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan lahan yang ada terhadap volume kendaraan dan potensi penerapan TDM pada penggunaan lahan terhadap kinerja jalan.
Dalam prosesnya, perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu kondisi serta kinerja Jalan Daan Mogot eksisting dan volume bangkitan dan tarikan penggunaan lahan yang ada di ruas jalan tersebut. Kemudian dianalisis pengaruh bangkitan dan tarikan penggunaan lahan terhadap volume Jalan Daan Mogot menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Preferensi pelaku perjalanan terhadap skenario TDM juga diperlukan untuk mengetahui estimasi bangkitan dan tarikan setelah adanya skenario TDM. Hasil estimasi tersebut kemudian disimulasikan untuk melihat potensi skenario TDM dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja Jalan Daan Mogot.
Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kinerja Jalan Daan Mogot pada tahun 2024 memiliki nilai LOS E dan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan lahan terhadap volume Jalan Daan Mogot yang dimodelkan dalam bentuk regresi berganda. Kemudian didapatkan hasil skenario TDM yang memiliki potensi memengaruhi kinerja Jalan Daan Mogot ialah buspool untuk hari kerja dan akhir pekan. Namun TDM ini belum cukup signifikan untuk meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan jalan dikarenakan arus menerus yang tinggi pada Jalan Daan Mogot.

The Daan Mogot Road Corridor is a National Road that connects DKI Jakarta Province and Banten Province which causes this road to be often crowded with vehicles. In addition to its status as a national road, the Daan Mogot Road Corridor has land uses that can generate generation or pull movements that can affect the volume of the road, which are housing, offices, social public facilities, trade and services, educational facilities, and industry. The high flow of vehicles crossing Jalan Daan Mogot creates a buildup of vehicles at certain points. The concept of Transport Demand Management (TDM) has the potential to be an alternative to overcome these problems. This study aims to determine the effect of existing land use on vehicle volume and the potential application of TDM on land use on road performance.
In the process, it is necessary to identify the condition and performance of the existing Daan Mogot Road and the volume of land use generation and attraction in the road section. Then the influence of land use generation and attraction on the volume of Daan Mogot Road is analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. Traveler preferences for the TDM scenario are also needed to determine the estimated generation and pull after the TDM scenario. The estimation results were then simulated to see the potential of the TDM scenario and its effect on the road performance of Jalan Daan Mogot.
In this study, it was found that the performance of Daan Mogot Road in 2024 had a LOS E value and there was an influence of land use on the volume of Daan Mogot Road which was modeled in the form of multiple regression. Then the results of the TDM scenario that can potentially affect the performance of Jalan Daan Mogot are buspools for weekdays and weekends. However, this TDM isn’t significant enough to increase the level of service due to the high continuous flow on Jalan Daan Mogot.
