Abstract
Isu terkait pembangunan sebuah rumah/permukiman di daerah Bogor dinyatakan bahwa : penggunaan lahan kabupaten Bogor tahun 2015 berdasarkan urutan luasan permukiman hanya (16,77%). Permukiman yang mendominasi berupa kampung padat dengan luasan tertinggi terdapat di Gunung Putri. Sedangkan yang paling sedikit persentase permukiman adalah di daerah Cijeruk. Jadi perencanaan permukiman pada kecamatan Cijeruk dibutuhkan agar pembangunan merata di seluruh Bogor (Ardiani, dkk., 2020). Kota Bogor juga memiliki berbagai kebutuhan psikologis. Kebutuhan ini termasuk integrasi layanan perawatan kesehatan mental dari tingkat pusat ke tingkat dasar, dengan fokus pada upaya promotif, pencegahan, kuratif, dan rehabilitasi (Indri, dkk,2019). Studi juga menganalisis kondisi mental-emosional di kalangan orang dewasa di Bogor, menunjukkan fluktuasi status kesehatan mental selama bertahun-tahun (Sri, dkk,2020). Teori Nature and Constructed adalah bagaimana merancang bangunan dengan konsep back to nature/ kembali ke alam tanpa merusak lingkungan sekitar lahan baik pada saat pelaksanaan proyek maupun pasca proyek. Maka dari itu perancang merancang permukiman berkontur menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur biofilik. Arsitektur biofilik adalah konsep yang bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan yang positif antara manusia dan alam melalui desain arsitektur. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan manusia, baik secara mental maupun fisik. (Browning, dkk.,2014). Karena desain biofilik dapat membantu manusia dengan memberikan rasa nyaman, ketenangan, dan efek penyembuhan pada tempat tinggal, maka arsitektur biofilik dianggap sangat penting dalam perencanaan sebuah desain (Ardiani, dkk.,2020). Arsitektur biofilik dalam perencanaan membutuhkan analisis untuk menyempurnakan konsep tersebut. Metode force based framework dapat membantu dalam penyempurnaan dari pendekatan arsitektur biofilik.

Issues related to the construction of a house/settlement in the Bogor area stated that: land use of Bogor district in 2015 based on the order of settlement area is only (16.77%). The dominating settlements are in the form of dense villages with the highest area found in Gunung Putri. While the least percentage of settlements is in the Cijeruk area. So, settlement planning in the Cijeruk sub-district is needed so that development is evenly distributed throughout Bogor (Ardiani, et al., 2020). Bogor City also has various psychological needs that have been addressed in research studies. These needs include the integration of mental health care services from central to primary level, focusing on promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts (Indri, et al., 2019). The study also analyzed mental-emotional conditions among adults in Bogor, showing fluctuations in mental health status over the years (Sri, et al, 2020). Natural and Constructed theory is how to design buildings with the concept of back to nature / back to nature without damaging the surrounding environment of the land both during project implementation and post-project. Therefore, the designer designs contoured settlements using a biophilic architecture approach. Biophilic architecture is a concept that has the principle to foster a positive relationship between humans and nature with architecture that aims to improve the welfare of human life mentally and physically (Browning, et al., 2014). Because biophilic design can help humans by providing a sense of comfort, tranquility, and healing effects in a place of residence, biophilic architecture is considered very important in planning a design (Ardiani, et al., 2020). Biophilic architecture in planning requires analysis to refine the concept. The force-based framework method can help in the refinement of the biophilic architecture approach.
