Abstract
Pengukuran kinerja merupakan aspek penting yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar mengetahui kondisi kinerja yang tengah berjalan. Salah satunya pada Divisi Teknologi Informasi yang menjadi sistem paling penting saat ini dalam perusahaan mengingat seluruh dokumen, data, dan layanan sudah terintegrasi pada sistem teknologi informasi perusahaan. Kondisi ini meningkatkan prioritas untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja secara berkala agar produktivitas perusahaan akan semakin tinggi. Framework yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja teknologi informasi adalah COBIT 5 yang mencakup 37 proses dalam tata kelola teknologi informasi. Dalam hal ini, COBIT 5 diharapkan dapat memenuhi penilaian salah satu aspek Balance Scorecard, yaitu Information Capital Readiness dan juga IT Balance Scorecard. Dari hasil pemetaan, didapatkan nilai ICR sebesar 2,05 dan ITBSC sebesar 2,09 yang tidak secara signifikan berbeda dengan nilai COBIT 5 sebesar 2,05. Dengan mengintegrasikan framework COBIT 5 ke dalam dua matriks tersebut, dapat diketahui bahwa pemetaan ini dapat memenuhi pengukuran kinerja perusahaan secara valid sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara siginifikan

Performance measurement is an essential aspect that companies must conduct to assess the ongoing performance status. One of these aspects is in the Information Technology Division, which has become the most crucial system in companies considering that all documents, data, and services are integrated into the company's information technology system. This condition increases the priority to conduct performance measurement periodically to enhance the company's productivity. One of the frameworks that can be used to measure information technology performance is COBIT 5, which covers 37 processes in information technology governance. In this case, COBIT 5 is expected to fulfill the assessment of one aspect of the Balance Scorecard, namely Information Capital Readiness and IT Balanced Scorecard. From the mapping results, the ICR value of 2.05 and the ITBSC value of 2.09 were obtained, whice are not significantly different from the COBIT 5 value of 2.05. By integrating COBIT 5 framework into these two matrices, it can be determined how the framework can fulfill the company`s performance measurement validly, thus siginificantly improving the company`s performance.
