Abstract
Saat ini, pekerjaan bekisting mengalami banyak inovasi dan perkembangan baru dengan berbagai metode yang memengaruhi biaya dan waktu produksi. Salah satu metode ini adalah menggunakan bekisting berbahan dasar aluminium, Pemilihan jenis bekisting yang cocok untuk bangunan konstruksi harus dipikirkan secara matang-matang, karena mempengaruhi biaya, waktu pekerjaan dan kualitas konstruksi, ada banyak jenis bekisting yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya bekisting alumunium yang dipakai pada Pembangunan South Tower ADR PIK.
Pembangunan South tower ADR PIK memiliki struktur lantai tipikal sehingga cocok dengan penggunaan alumunium formwork, pada proyek akhir ini saya meninjau lantai 1-10 pada bangunan south tower ADR PIK untuk struktur kolom, balok, shearwall, pelat, dan tangga
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam Proposal ini adalah untuk mendapatkan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan dari Proyek Pembangunan South Tower ADR PIK menggunakan Alumunium Formwork. Adapun tahapan-tahapan metodologi adalah Perumusan masalah, Pengumpulan data, pengelolaan data, analisa masalah, hasil, dan kesimpulan.
Dengan demikian penulis merasa perlu melakukan analisis perhitungan biaya dan waktu pemasangan bekisting dengan metode bekisting aluminium dalam proyek pembangunan South Tower ADR PIK.
Setelah melakukan perhitungan dan penelitian, penulis mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pembangunan south tower ADR PIK menggunakan bekisting alumunium memakan biaya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan menggunakan bekisting konvensional, tetapi waktu yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan bekisting alumunium lebih singkat dibanding menggunakan bekisting konvensional, dari hasil analisis penulis pembangunan menggunakan bekisting alumunium memakan biaya sebesar Rp36.740.871.675,96 dan memakan waktu 178 hari, sedangkan pembangunan menggunakan bekisting Konvensional memakan biaya sebesar Rp33.766.118.672,56, dan memakan waktu 205 hari

Currently, formwork work is experiencing many innovations and new developments with various methods that affect production costs and times. One of these methods is using formwork made from aluminum. The choice of the type of formwork that is suitable for building construction must be thought carefully, because it affects the cost, work time and quality of construction. There are many types of formwork that can be used, one of which is aluminum formwork. on the construction of the ADR PIK south tower.
The construction of the South Tower ADR PIK has a typical floor structure so that it is suitable for the use of aluminum formwork. In this final project, I reviewed floors 1-10 of the South Tower ADR PIK building for the column, beam, shearwall, plate and stair structures.
The methodology used in this proposal is to obtain the implementation time and costs of the ADR PIK South Tower Construction Project using Aluminum Formwork. The methodology stages are problem formulation, data collection, data management, problem analysis, results and conclusions.
Thus, the author feels it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the cost calculation and time for formwork installation using the aluminum formwork method in the ADR PIK South Tower construction project.
After conducting calculations and research, the author concluded that the construction of the ADR PIK south tower using aluminum formwork costs more than using conventional formwork, but the time required using aluminum formwork is shorter than using conventional formwork, from the results of the author's analysis, construction using aluminum formwork costs Rp36.740.871.675,96 and takes 178 days, while construction using conventional formwork costs Rp33.766.118.672,56 and takes 205 days.
