Abstract

Sungai Jeroan yang terletak di Kabupaten Madiun merupakan anak sungai dari Sungai Madiun yang memiliki panjang sungai utama ±35 km. Diketahui Sungai Jeroan sering terjadi luapan dan mengakibatkan banjir sehingga menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat setempat. Pemerintah telah aktif dalam mengatasi banjir tersebut dengan berbagai pengendalian banjir struktural, namun pengendalian tersebut dirasa masih kurang efektif sehingga diperlukan perencanaan pengendalian banjir secara non-struktural dengan Monitoring Banjir. Monitoring Banjir ini direncanakan berdasarkan pemantauan tinggi muka air Sungai Jeroan kemudian dimodelkan menggunakan software HEC-RAS. Rumus debit dimodelkan menggunakan Coding dengan metode regresi linear dan didapatkan hasil pemodelan kurva lengkung debit

The Jeroan River, which is located in Madiun Regency, is a tributary of the Madiun River which has a main river length of ± 35 km. It is known that the Jeroan River often overflows and causes flooding, causing losses to the local community. The government has been active in dealing with these floods with various structural flood controls, but these controls are still deemed to be less effective, so non-structural flood control planning with Flood Monitoring is needed. This flood monitoring was planned based on monitoring the water level of the Jeroan River and then modeling it using HEC-RAS software. The discharge formula was modeled using coding with the linear regression method and the results of the discharge curve curve modeling were obtained
