Abstract

Kawasan industri JIIPE terletak di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik memiliki luas keseluruhan lahan mencapai 1607 Ha. Perubahan alih fungsi lahan menjadi kawasan industri akan menyebabkan meningkatnya koefisien limpasan dan debit banjir yang perlu dikendalikan. Untuk itu dalam mengendalikan banjir di kawasan akan direncanakan sistem drainase beserta pola operasi infrastruktur penunjang. Perencanaan akan dibagi menjadi zona 1, zona 2, dan zona 3.
Kondisi hilir kawasan adalah Sungai Mireng, untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis muka air banjir. Untuk analisis luas Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dan tutupan lahan digunakan program bantu ArcGIS. Perhitungan debit banjir Sungai Mireng digunakan HSS Nakayasu. Untuk menggambarkan kondisi aliran Sungai digunakan program bantu HEC – RAS. Sedangkan, untuk perhitungan debit banjir pada kawasan digunakan metode Rasional dengan intensitas hujan metode Mononobe (kala ulang 25 tahun). Untuk menampung volume inflow saluran akan dialirkan menuju boezem. Perencanaan boezem didasarkan pada besarnya volume inflow, ketersediaan lahan, dan volume outflow dengan cara reservoir routing. Selain itu, desain kemiringan lereng boezem perlu dilakukan kontrol safety factor (SF) menggunakan program bantu Geostudio pada kondisi banjir, surut, dan rapid drawdown. Untuk pola operasi pintu air dan pompa air dipengaruhi elevasi muka air banjir Sungai Mireng dan pasang Teluk Lamong.
Hasil analisis didapatkan debit banjir zona 1 sebesar 12,87 m3/detik, zona 2 sebesar 52,07 m3/detik, dan zona 3 sebesar 26,61 m3/detik. Kapasitas pompa zona 1 sebesar 3 m3/detik, zona 2 sebesar 10 m3/detik, dan zona 3 sebesar 5 m3/detik. Untuk aliran dengan bukaan pintu akan dialirkan dengan 3 buah box culvert ukuran 1,5 x 1,5 m.

JIIPE industrial area is located in Manyar District, Gresik Regency has a total land area of 1607 Ha. Changes in land use change to industrial estates will cause an increase in runoff coefficient and flood discharge that needs to be controlled. For this reason, in controlling flooding in the area, a drainage system and supporting infrastructure operation patterns will be planned. The planning will be divided into zone 1, zone 2, and zone 3.
The downstream condition of the area is the Mireng River, for which it is necessary to analyze the flood water level. For the analysis of watershed area and land cover, ArcGIS program was used. The calculation of flood discharge of Mireng River used Nakayasu HSS. To describe the condition of the river flow, the HEC-RAS auxiliary program was used. Meanwhile, for the calculation of flood discharge in the area, the Rational method is used with the rain intensity of the Mononobe method (25-year return period). To accommodate the inflow volume, the channel will be channeled to the boezem. Boezem planning is based on the amount of inflow volume, land availability, and outflow volume by reservoir routing. In addition, the design of the boezem slope needs to be controlled by the safety factor (SF) using the Geostudio auxiliary program under flood, low tide, and rapid drawdown conditions. The operation pattern of sluice gates and water pumps is influenced by the flood water elevation of Mireng River and the tide of Lamong Bay.
The analysis results obtained a zone 1 flood discharge of 12.87 m3 / sec, zone 2 of 52.07 m3 / sec, and zone 3 of 26.61 m3 / sec. The pump capacity of zone 1 is 3 m3 / sec, zone 2 is 10 m3 / sec, and zone 3 is 5 m3 / sec. For flow with door openings will be flowed with 3 box culvert sizes 1.5 x 1.5 m.
