Abstract

Gedung Tower C Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais, terletak di wilayah Jakarta. Gedung ini terdiri dari 3 basemen dan 18 lantai. Gedung ini dibangun dengan metode konstruksi beton bertulang konvensional yang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Ganda (dual system), melibatkan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan dinding geser (shear wall).
Proyek akhir ini melakukan pengembangan desain struktur alternatif untuk gedung Tower C Rumah Sakit Dharmais. Dalam perencanaan ini, shear wall dihapuskan dan sistem rangka pemikul momen berubah dari SRPMK menjadi SRPMB. Tambahan Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) juga digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja struktural gedung. Perhitungan desain struktur dilaksanakan dengan mengacu pada peraturan bangunan terbaru, pembebanan pada struktur gedung Tower C Rumah Sakit Dharmais dihitung sesuai dengan pedoman yang tercantum berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019 mengenai Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, SNI 1727-2020 mengenai Beban Minimum Untuk Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, serta SNI 2847-2019 mengenai Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung. Langkah perhitungan selanjutnya mencakup penggunaan SAP2000 untuk memodelkan struktur, menentukan kapasitas Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD), melakukan analisis gaya dalam, dan menghitung tulangan pada balok-balok dan kolom-kolom rangka bangunan.
Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan kondisi sudah dipasang Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD), didapatkan hasil yaitu nilai simpangan yang terreduksi sebesar 13.91% untuk arah x dan 3.34% untuk arah y. Penempatan FVD yang efektif pada Gedung Kanker Dharmais Jakarta menggunakan 72-unit Taylor Devices kapasitas 250 kN pada lantai 6, lantai 9 sampai lantai 17 dan kapasitas 500 kN pada lantai 5, lantai 7 sampai lantai 8. FVD dipasang dengan breising profil Hollow Structural Square (HSS) secara diagonal pada pertemuan balok dan kolom.

Tower C Dharmais Cancer Hospital building, located in West Jakarta. This building consists of 3 basements + 18 floors. This building is built with conventional reinforced concrete construction methods that adopt dual systems, involving Special Moment Bearing Frame Systems (SRPMK) and sliding walls (shear walls).
In this final project, an alternative structural design was developed for the Tower C building of Dharmais Hospital. In this plan, the shear wall was abolished and the moment-bearing frame system changed from SRPMK to SRPMB. Additional Fluid Viscous Dampers (FVDs) are also used to improve the structural performance of buildings. The calculation of the structural design is carried out by referring to the latest building regulations, the loading on the Tower C building structure of Dharmais Hospital is calculated in accordance with the guidelines listed based on SNI 1726-2019 concerning Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non-Building Structures, SNI 1727-2020 concerning Minimum Loads for Building Planning and Other Structures, and SNI 2847-2019 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings. The next calculation step includes using SAP2000 to model the structure, determine the capacity of the Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD), perform internal force analysis, and calculate reinforcement on beams and columns of the building frame.
After the analysis was carried out with the condition that the Fluid Viscous Damper (FVD) had been installed, the result was a reduced deviation value of 13.91% for the x direction and 3.34% for the y direction. Effective placement of FVD at the Dharmais Cancer Building Jakarta uses 72-units of Taylor Devices with a capacity of 250 kN on the 6th, 9th to 17th floors and a capacity of 500 kN on the 5th, 7th to 8th floors. FVD is installed by breising Hollow Structural Square (HSS) profiles diagonally at the meeting of beams and columns.
