Abstract
Permintaan akan fasilitas kesehatan di Jakarta terus bertambah seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduk. Saat ini Jakarta mengalami masalah serius dengan kurangnya fasilitas rumah sakit yang memadai. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan antrian panjang di rumah sakit. Dalam kasus ini pemerintah Jakarta perlu meningkatkan pembangunan fasilitas rumah sakit dalam waktu yang cukup cepat.
Perkembangan percetakan beton di Indonesia sudah mulai berkembang pesat, salah satu metodenya yaitu menggunakan alumunium. Pekerjaan bekisting alumunium membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar, tetapi cukup cepat dalam hal waktu pelaksanaannya. Keunggulan penggunaan bekisting adalah dapat digunakan berulang kali, sehingga dapat mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan, dan lebih ramah lingkungan dibandingkan bekisting metode konvensional.
Proyek Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais masih menggunakan bekisting dengan metode konvensional yang berbahan dasar kayu. Bekisting konvensional memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu bahan yang tidak ramah lingkungan dan waktu pengerjaan lama. Untuk mengurangi kelemahan tersebut, di Proyek Akhir ini akan dirubah bekisting dengan metode alumunium.
Hasil analisa didapatkan durasi pada metode bekisitng konvensional diselesaikan selama 212 hari dengan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 54.485.948.000 Sedangkan untuk metode alumunium diselesaikan selama 165 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 66.409.353.060 Dengan demikian didapatkan selisih harga sebesar Rp. 11.923.405.060 dan selisih waktu sebesar 47 hari.

The demand for health facilities in Jakarta continues to grow along with the increase in population. Currently, Jakarta is experiencing a serious problem with the lack of adequate hospital facilities. This can result in long queues at hospitals. In this case, the Jakarta government needs to increase the construction of hospital facilities fairly quickly.
The development of concrete printing in Indonesia has begun to grow rapidly, one method is using aluminum. Aluminum formwork work requires quite a large amount of money, but is quite fast in terms of implementation time. The advantage of using formwork is that it can be used repeatedly, so it can speed up construction time, and is more environmentally friendly than conventional formwork methods.
The Dharmais Cancer Hospital project still uses conventional wood-based formwork. Conventional formwork has several disadvantages, namely materials that are not environmentally friendly and long processing times. To reduce these weaknesses, in this Final Project the formwork will be changed to an aluminum method.
The results of the analysis showed that the duration of the conventional formwork method was completed in 165 days with an implementation cost of Rp. 54.485.948.000. Meanwhile, the aluminum method was completed in 212 days at a cost of Rp. 66.409.353.060. Thus, we get a price difference of Rp. 11.923.405.060 and a time difference of 47 days.
