Abstract
Distribusi phase-type atau distribusi PH merupakan pemodelan antrian dalam bentuk matriks. Penyelesaian permasalahan antrian dapat dilakukan berbagai cara seperti teori antrian, simulasi kejadian disktrit, distribusi PH dan model lainnya. Model antrian kompleks dengan multi server dan dapat terjadi feedback sulit dimodelkan dalam bentuk teori antrian biasa sehingga dalam kasus antrian kompleks umum digunakan metode simulasi karena mudah untuk dimodelkan dengan hasil yang akurat. Jika terdapat metode analitis yang dapat digunakan dalam antrian kompleks maka lebih baik menggunakan metode analitis dibandingkan simulasi. Distribusi PH yang menggunakan matriks dalam memodelkan sistem antrian mudah menggambarkan perpindahan pada antrian kompleks dengan berbagai macam bentuk antrian multi server serta antrian dengan feedback. Studi kasus pelayanan COVID-19 pada RSUD dr. Muhammad Zyn digunakan untuk mencari jumlah resource alat dan tenaga medis yang dibutuhkan dengan metode distribusi PH dan simulasi kejadian diskrit. Metode simulasi digunakan sebagai pembanding hasil distribusi PH dan simulasi. Kemudahan penggunaan distribusi PH dan kesesuaian hasil dengan simulasi menjadi tolok ukur apakah metode analitis yakni distrbusi PH dapat digunakan sebagai model pelayanan antrian kompleks.

Phase-type distribution or PH distribution is queuing modeling in matrix form. Solving queuing problems can be done in various ways, such as queuing theory, discrete event simulation, PH distribution and other models. Complex queuing models with multiple servers and where feedback can occur are difficult to model in the form of ordinary queuing theory, so in the case of complex queues the simulation method is generally used because it is easy to model with accurate results. If there are analytical methods that can be used in complex queues then it is better to use analytical methods rather than simulation. PH distribution which uses matrices in modeling queuing systems easily describes movements in complex queues with various forms of multi-server queues and queues with feedback. Case study of COVID-19 services at RSUD dr. Muhammad Zyn is used to find the number of equipment resources and medical personnel needed using the PH distribution method and discrete event simulation. The simulation method is used to compare the results of PH distribution and simulation. The ease of use of the PH distribution and the suitability of the results with the simulation are benchmarks for whether the analytical method, namely the PH distribution, can be used as a complex queuing service model.
