Abstract

Dalam pikiran manusia area bantaran Sungai sangat tidak layak di gunakan karna selain dekat dengan Sungai juga rawan terhadap bencana banjir, dalam object rancang ini bagaimana cara menggunakan area bantaran Sungai agar layak di gunakan sebagaimana ruang hidup pada semestinya. Dengan cara apa agar area bantaran Sungai ini mampu di gunakan dan menjadikan daya tarik oleh banyak orang sehingga bisa meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakan lokal. Dengan pemikiran itu akhirnya muncul ide concept tentang community area tentang kebudayaan yang ada di dareah sekitar bojonegoro selain itu juga menjadi tempat wisata, foodcourt area jual beli, café dan area pertunjukan sehingga area ini akan memiliki banyak fungsi. Selain itu tempat ini di rancang untuk semua kalangan usia di sini juga pengguna bisa merasakan keindahan desain arsitektural yang akan menjadi salah satu daya tarik juga, dalam desian ini tentunya banyak pertimbangan seperti area zonasi, area sirkulasi juga lalu lintas kendaraan .Dan akhirnya muncul ide gagasan yang harus ada dalam object rancang yang akan di buat nantinya seperti desain kriteria dan cirikhas bangunan yang akan menjadi kolaborasi antara arsitektur dan desain budaya dengan konsep floating landscape dan community area bantaran sungai nantinya akan memperkuat peran desain terhadap ide desain.

In human thought, riverbank areas are not suitable for use because apart from being close to rivers, they are also prone to flood disasters. In this design object, how to use riverbank areas so that they are suitable for use as proper living space. In what way can this riverbank area be used and become an attraction for many people so that it can improve the local economy? With that in mind, the concept idea emerged for a community area about culture in the area around Bojonegoro. Apart from that, it is also a tourist spot, food court, buying and selling area, café and performance area so that this area will have many functions. Apart from that, this place is designed for all age groups, here users can also experience the beauty of the architectural design which will be one of the attractions too, in this design of course there are many considerations such as zoning areas, circulation areas and vehicle traffic. And finally ideas emerged that must be included in the design object that will be created later, such as design criteria and building characteristics which will be a collaboration between architecture and cultural design with the concept of floating landscape and riverbank community areas which will later strengthen the role of design in design ideas.
