Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan Jragung terletak di Desa Candirejo, Kecamatan Pringapus, Kabupaten Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Bendungan Jragung merupakan bendungan tipe urugan zonal inti tegak dengan tubuh bendungan sepanjang 1350 m, elevasi puncak bendungan sebesar 119,5 m, dan lebar puncak bendungan selebar 10 m. Tinggi bendungan Jragung adalah sebesar 59,5 meter dihitung dari dasar pondasi dengan elevasi sebesar +60 meter. Bendungan Jragung ini akan didesain dengan konstruksi timbunan inti terbentuk dari bahan material lempung. lempung bersifat lengket (kohesif) dan sangat lunak, Sehingga dapat menimbulkan masalah karena sifat tanah yang lunak cenderung memiliki potensi penurunan konsolidasi yang besar dan waktu yang lama. Proses konsolidasi tanah dipengaruhi oleh massa lapisan tanah mengalami tambahan beban di atasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model geometri yang sesuai dengan kondisi Bendungan Jragung saat ini. Software Geostudio digunakan untuk menganalisis total penurunan akibat proses konsolidasi di puncak bendungan. Permodelan dalam software ini mensimulasikan penurunan bendungan selama beberapa tahap konstruksi dan dengan beban fluktuasi muka air setelah konstruksi selesai. Setelah simulasi penurunan dilakukan, stabilitas lereng bendungan dievaluasi. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya penurunan dan stabilitas bendungan selama masa konstruksi dan pasca konstruksi dengan fluktuasi muka air. Penurunan yang terjadi setelah ditambahkannya timbunan ekstra sebesar 0,652 m dengan kondisi setelah konstruksi selama 4 tahun. Pada kondisi MAN mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,706 m. Bila pada kondisi MAB penurunan yang terjadi sebesar 0,708 m. Pada kondisi RDD penurunan yang terjadi sebesar 0,762 m. Untuk mencapai konsoldasi 90% dibutuhkan waktu selama 89,6 tahun pada lokasi yang paling dalam. Berdasarkan nilai faktor keamanan (Safety factor) setelah terjadi penurunan pada kondisi setelah konstruksi dikategorikan aman karena memenuhi syarat terhadap stabilitas tanpa gempa maupun terhadap beban gempa.

The Jragung Dam Construction Project is located in Candirejo Village, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. Jragung Dam is a vertical core zonal fill type dam with a dam body 1350 m long, a dam crest elevation of 119.5 m, and a dam crest width of 10 m. The height of the Jragung dam is 59.5 meters calculated from the base of the foundation with an elevation of +60 meters. The Jragung Dam will be designed with core embankment construction formed from clay materials. Clay is sticky (cohesive) and very soft, so it can cause problems because the soft nature of soil tends to have the potential for large consolidation decline over a long time. The soil consolidation process is influenced by the mass of the soil layer experiencing additional load on it. This research uses a geometric model that is appropriate to the current conditions of the Jragung Dam. Geostudio software was used to analyze the total settlement due to the consolidation process at the dam crest. The modeling in this software simulates dam settlement during several construction stages and with water level fluctuation loads after construction is completed. After the settlement simulation was carried out, the stability of the dam slope was evaluated. This evaluation aims to determine the magnitude of the decline and stability of the dam during the construction period and with water level fluctuations. The settlement that occurred after the addition of extra embankment of 0.652 m with conditions After Construction for 4 years. In NWL conditions, there was a settlement of 0.706 m. If in HWL conditions, the settlement that occurred was 0.708 m. In RDD conditions, the settlement that occurred was 0.762 m. To achieve 90% consolidation, it takes 89.6 years at the deepest location. Based on the value of the safety factor after the settlement in conditions after construction, it is categorized as safe because it meets the requirements for stability without earthquakes and for earthquake loads.
