Abstract
Teknologi pangan sebagai salah satu teknologi pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia saat ini telah menggunakan berbagai material sebagai bahan baku pangan, salah satunya rekayasa penggunaan mikroba. Pemanfaatan mikroba untuk memproduksi suatu produk didapat melalui bioteknologi. Pemanfaatan mikroba dan produk mikrobial dalam pengolahan pangan hendaknya menjadi salah satu fokus perhatian kaum muslim dalam memilih produk makanan, minuman, obat-obatan dan kosmetik. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan utama label halal dari MUI yang ada dalam kemasan suatu produk sangat penting. Akan tetapi, UMKM tidak terlalu memahami kehalalan dan keharaman yang terkandung dalam produknya. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu wadah untuk identifikasi bahan yang digunakan. Kehalalan produk makanan dan minuman di Indonesia dapat diidentifikasi salah satunya melalui sertifikasi halal.
Untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal, para pelaku usaha UMKM dapat mendaftarkan produknya melalui proses penilaian mandiri pada website. Website yang akan dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel. Berdasarkan data dari Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan, Obat-obatan, dan Kosmetika Majelis Ulama Indonesia (LPPOM MUI), terdapat 15.333 permohonan sertifikasi halal selama 2022. Ini membuktikan bahwa UMKM membutuhkan suatu wadah untuk identifikasi kehalalan pada bahan yang digunakan. Dengan dikembangkannya website ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat mengidentifikasikan kehalalan produknya dan mendeteksi bahan baku produk yang terindikasi haram sedini mungkin sekaligus menemukan penggantinya. Untuk memastikan kesesuaian penelusuran titik kritis pada website ini, dilakukan pengujian dan evaluasi menggunakan metode validasi manual serta blackbox testing sebagai uji fungsionalitas untuk memastikan kinerja dan keandalannya.

Food technology as a technology for fulfilling human needs currently uses various materials as food raw materials, one of which is engineering the use of microbes. Utilization of microbes to produce a product obtained through biotechnology. The use of microbes and microbial products in food processing should be one of the focuses of attention of Muslims in choosing food, drink, medicine and cosmetic products. This is the main reason for the halal label from MUI that is on the packaging of a product is very important. However, MSMEs do not really understand the halal and haram contained in their products. So we need a container for the identification of materials used. Halal food and beverage products in Indonesia can be identified one way through halal certification.
To obtain halal certification, MSME business actors can register their products through an independent assessment process on the website. The website that will be developed uses the Laravel framework. Based on data from the Institute for the Study of Food, Drugs and Cosmetics, the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI), there were 15,333 applications for halal certification during 2022. This proves that MSMEs need a forum for halal identification of the materials used. By developing this website, it is hoped that MSMEs can identify the halal status of their products and detect product raw materials that are indicated to be haram as early as possible while also finding replacements. To ensure the suitability of critical point tracking on this website, testing and evaluation was carried out using manual validation methods and black box testing as a functionality test to ensure performance and reliability.
