Abstract
Kota Surabaya sebagai pusat Gerbang Kertasusila merupakan tonggak kebutuhan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat di kawasan Gerbang Kertasusila, termasuk Kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai wilayah ekspansi dari Kota Surabaya. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VIII telah menyediakan layanan mobilisasi perkotaan bagi pekerja komuter Kabupaten Sidoarjo menuju Kota Surabaya melalui Commuter Line. Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya turut andil dalam menyediakan transportasi perkotaan berupa angkutan pengumpan Feeder Bus Wira Wiri dengan Stasiun Gubeng dan Pasar Turi yang tergabung dalam cakupan rute pelayanan guna menyediakan mobilisasi angkutan pengumpan. Ironisnya, popularisme moda Ride-Hailing mengancam penggunaan Feeder Bus Wira Wiri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi peralihan moda Ride-Hailing ke Feeder Bus Wira Wiri sebagai angkutan pengumpan bagi pengguna Commuter Line Sidoarjo - Surabaya untuk perjalanan bekerja. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dan pola perjalanan bersama pengaruhnya terhadap pemilihan moda menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan crosstab analysis serta menganalisis potensi peralihan moda dari Ride-Hailing ke Feeder Bus Wira Wiri menggunakan analisis regresi logit biner untuk menghasilkan pemodelan matematis berdasarkan konsep model discrete choice guna memprediksi keputusan yang diambil pelaku perjalanan berdasarkan nilai utilitas terbaik pada suatu moda transportasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel mata pencaharian dan tingkat pendapatan pada karakteristik pelaku perjalanan, serta variabel keandalan pada karakteristik pola perjalanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemilihan moda. Potensi penggunaan moda Feeder Bus bagi pengguna Commuter Line Sidoarjo – Surabaya untuk perjalanan bekerja berada pada angka 61.84%. Hasil perhitungan potensi peralihan moda Ride-Hailing ke Feeder Bus bagi pengguna Commuter Line Sidoarjo – Surabaya untuk perjalanan bekerja menyatakan adanya peningkatan peluang apabila variabel tarif transportasi diturunkan secara bertahap sebanyak 10%. Sebaliknya, potensi peralihan moda Ride-Hailing ke Feeder Bus bagi pengguna Commuter Line Sidoarjo – Surabaya untuk perjalanan bekerja mengalami penurunan peluang apabila variabel tarif transportasi ditingkatkan secara bertahap sebanyak 10%.

The city of Surabaya as the center of the Gerbang Kertasusila is a milestone in the social and economic needs of Gerbang Kertasusila area, including Sidoarjo Regency as an expansion area of the city of Surabaya. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP VIII has provided urban mobilization services for commuter workers in Sidoarjo Regency to the city of Surabaya through the Commuter Line. The Surabaya City Transportation Agency takes part in providing urban transportation in the form of feeder bus Wira Wiri feeder transportation with Gubeng Station and Pasar Turi which are members of the scope of service routes to provide mobilization of feeder transportation. Ironically, the popularity of the Ride-Hailing mode threatens the use of the Wira Wiri Feeder Bus. The research aims to examine the potential for switching from Ride-Hailing mode to Wira Wiri Feeder Bus as feeder transportation for users of the Sidoarjo - Surabaya Commuter Line for work trips. The analysis process was carried out by identifying the characteristics of travelers and travel patterns along with their influence on mode selection using descriptive statistics and crosstab analysis and analyzing the potential for mode switching from Ride-Hailing to Feeder Bus Wira Wiri using binary logit regression analysis to produce mathematical modeling based on the concept of the discrete choice model to predict the decisions taken by travelers based on the best utility value on a mode of transportation. The results of the study stated that the livelihood variable and income level on the characteristics of travelers, as well as the reliability variable on the characteristics of travel patterns influence the selection of modes. The potential for using the Feeder Bus mode for users of the Sidoarjo – Surabaya Commuter Line for work trips is at 61.84%. The results of the calculation of the potential of shifting modes from Ride-Hailing to Feeder Bus mode for Commuter Line Sidoarjo – Surabaya users for work trips state that opportunities increase if the transportation fare variable is gradually lowered by 10%. On the other hand, the potential for switching from Ride-Hailing to Feeder Bus mode for users of the Sidoarjo – Surabaya Commuter Line for work trips will experience a decrease in opportunities if the transportation fare variable is gradually increased by 10%.
