Abstract

Pemerintah sedang merancang strategi untuk memulihkan ekonomi pasca-pandemi. Di Jawa Timur, Pemerintah Provinsi fokus pada proyek Kawasan Industri Nganjuk (KING) untuk mendorong ekonomi lokal. Proses pengembangan kawasan industri melibatkan sejumlah tantangan yang kompleks. Perencanaan infrastruktur yang cermat, manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efisien, dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar yang dinamis adalah beberapa aspek yang harus diberi perhatian serius. Penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengembangan KING di Nganjuk.
Guna mencapai tujuan penelitian tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki dua tahapan analisis. Tahap pertama adalah menentukan variabel dan faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengembangan Kawasan Industri Nganjuk (KING) menggunakan analisis delphi, variabel dan faktor yang digunakan untuk analisis delphi merupakan hasil studi literatur. Tahapan kedua adalah menentukan faktor prioritas yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengembangan Kawasan Industri Nganjuk (KING) menggunakan analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), faktor yang digunakan dalam analisis IPA yaitu hasil akhir dari faktor yang dihasilkan dari analisis delphi.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis pertama menggunakan analisis delphi menetapkan kriteria penilaian faktor prioritas dalam pengembangan Kawasan Industri Nganjuk (KING) terdiri dari 37 kriteria baru yang terbagi menjadi 15 variabel. Dari hasil analisis pertama selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kedua menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis Kriteria yang menjadi prioritas utama pada pengembangan Kawasan Industri Nganjuk (KING) adalah Luas Lahan, Mengidentifikasi Zonasi, Evaluasi Ketersediaan Jaringan Transportasi, Memastikan Kebutuhan Air Cukup & Pengelolaan Air Limbah yang Efisien, Mengevaluasi Keamanan Fisik Infrastruktur dan Perlindungan Terhadap Kecelakaan, Mengevaluasi Kualitas Udara dan Air, Pengelolaan Limbah Demi Mewujudkan Lingkungan yang Berkelanjutan, Penerapan Sumber Energi Terbarukan, Adopsi dan Integrasi Teknologi Baru, serta Pemanfaatan Internet of Things (IOT).

The government is designing a strategy to restore the post-pandemic economy. In East Java, the Provincial Government is focusing on the Nganjuk Industrial Zone (KING) project to boost the local economy. The industrial area development process involves a number of complex challenges. Careful infrastructure planning, efficient human resource management, and the ability to adapt to dynamic market changes are some of the aspects that must be given serious attention. This research will identify the factors that influence the success of KING development in Nganjuk.
In order to achieve the research objectives, this research has two stages of analysis. The first stage is to determine the variables and factors that influence the success of the development of the Nganjuk Industrial Area (KING) using Delphi analysis. The variables and factors used for Delphi analysis are the results of literature studies. The second stage is to determine the priority factors that influence the success of the development of the Nganjuk Industrial Area (KING) using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), the factors used in the IPA analysis are the final results of the factors resulting from the Delphi analysis.
Based on the results of the first analysis using Delphi analysis, the criteria for assessing priority factors in the development of the Nganjuk Industrial Area (KING) were determined, consisting of 37 new criteria which were divided into 15 variables. From the results of the first analysis, a second analysis was then carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis method. The criteria that are the main priority in the development of the Nganjuk Industrial Area (KING) are Land Area, Identifying Zoning, Evaluating Transportation Network Availability, Ensuring Sufficient Water Needs & Efficient Waste Water Management, Evaluating Physical Security of Infrastructure and Protection Against Accidents, Evaluating Air and Water Quality, Waste Management to Create a Sustainable Environment, Application of Renewable Energy Sources, Adoption and Integration of New Technology, and Utilization of the Internet of Things (IOT)
