Abstract
Bangunan pelimpah merupakan salah satu komponen bendungan yang bertujuan untuk menyalurkan aliran banjir supaya tidak terjadi overtopping atau limpasan pada puncak bendungan. Kedudukan bangunan pelimpah sebagai tombak bangunan pengaman bendungan dari limpasan mengharuskan ketelitian dalam perencanannya. Waduk yang dibangun nantinya harus mampu menyimpan kapasitas air guna memenuhi kebutuhan air dan aman terhadap banjir yang direncanakan, sehingga diperlukan bangunan pelimpah yang aman kapasitasnya. Dalam merencanakan suatu bangunan pelimpah diperlukan kajian hidraulis dilihat dari aspek hidrologi untuk menentukan debit banjir rencana, aspek hidrolika untuk menentukan desain bangunan pelimpah, serta analisis stabilitas supaya keamanan bendungan dapat terpenuhi terhadap gaya-gaya yang bekerja. Apabila tidak terpenuhi maka perlu dilakukan alternatif hidraulis bangunan pelimpah. Alternatif dilakukan dengan perubahan desain supaya memenuhi kriteria untuk menunjang pengoperasian Bendungan Jragung itu sendiri dan didapat anggaran biaya dengan kriteria yang sudah memenuhi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa bangunan pelimpah eksisting belum memenuhi kriteria karena pada saluran peluncur terjadi aliran getar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan alternatif dengan pendekatan biaya yang termurah. Alternatif dilakukan dengan penyempitan lebar saluran pada peluncur 1 dan peluncur 2 bahwa saluran peluncur aman terhadap aliran getar dan aliran silang. Sedangkan dari tinjauan stabilitas sudah memenuhi bahwa stabilitas aman terhadap guling, geser, dan rembesan. Dari hasil perhitungan anggaran biaya didapatkan Rp 85.812.551.693,52.

The spillway building is one of the components of the dam that aims to channel flood flow so that overtopping or runoff does not occur at the top of the dam. The position of the spillway building as a spearhead of dam safety buildings from runoff requires accuracy in planning. The reservoir built later must be able to store water capacity to meet water needs and be safe against planned flooding, so a safe spillway building capacity is needed. In planning a spillway building, a hydraulic study is needed in terms of hydrological aspects to determine the planned flood discharge, hydraulics aspects to determine the design of the spillway building, and stability analysis so that dam safety can be met against the forces that work. If it is not met, it is necessary to do a hydraulic alternative to the spillway building. Alternatives were made with design changes be able to support the operation of the Jragung Dam. Based on the results of the analysis, the existing spillway building does not meet the criteria because vibration flow occurs in the launch channel. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an alternative with the lowest cost approach was used. An alternative is to narrow the channel width in launcher 1 and launcher 2 so that the launcher channel is safe against vibration and cross flow. Meanwhile, the stability review shows that the stability is safe against overturning, sliding and seepage. From the results of the budget calculation, it was obtained IDR 85.812.551.693,52.
