Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengevaluasi kinerja rantai
pasok pada produsen sarden PT XYZ dengan menggunakan Model SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Industri pengalengan sarden menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional yang memerlukan strategi manajemen kinerja yang efektif, terutama dalam memastikan konsistensi pasokan bahan baku, efisiensi logistik, dan pengelolaan limbah. Model SCOR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur lima proses utama dalam rantai pasok yaitu perencanaan (Plan), pengadaan (Source), pembuatan (Make), pengiriman (Deliver), dan pengembalian (Return). Setiap proses diukur menggunakan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) yang mencakup dimensi Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, dan Asset management. Data untuk pengukuran ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model SCOR mampu memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang kinerja rantai pasok PT XYZ. Beberapa KPI yang dianalisis meliputi ketepatan waktu pengiriman, biaya produksi, dan tingkat pengembalian produk. Evaluasi kinerja menggunakan sistem penilaian traffic light system, yang mengklasifikasikan kinerja dengan kategori warna merah, kuning, dan hijau berdasarkan nilai pencapaian KPI. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja operasional, termasuk perbaikan dalam perencanaan produksi, pengelolaan persediaan, dan peningkatan efisiensi distribusi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok PT XYZ, termasuk penerapan prinsip lean manufacturing untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses, serta penggunaan analisis prediktif untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan produksi dan pengadaan. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan holistik terhadap manajemen kinerja rantai pasok, PT XYZ dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing di pasar.

This study aims to measure and evaluate the supply chain performance of the
sardine producer PT XYZ using the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference)
Model. The sardine canning industry faces various operational challenges that
require effective performance management strategies, particularly in ensuring
consistency in raw material supply, logistics efficiency, and waste management.
The SCOR model is employed to identify and measure five main processes in the
supply chain: Planning (Plan), Sourcing (Source), Manufacturing (Make),
Delivery (Deliver), and Return (Return). Each process is measured using Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) encompassing dimensions of Reliability,
Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost, and Asset Management. Data for this
measurement was obtained through observations, interviews, and company
document analysis. The results indicate that the use of the SCOR model provides a
comprehensive overview of the supply chain performance of PT XYZ. Several
KPIs analyzed include on-time delivery, production costs, and product return
rates. Performance evaluation employs the traffic light system, which classifies
performance into red, yellow, and green categories based on KPI achievement
scores. This study provides recommendations for operational performance
improvements, including enhancements in production planning, inventory
management, and distribution efficiency. The research also suggests
implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and
using predictive analytics to optimize production and procurement planning. By
adopting a holistic approach to supply chain performance management, PT XYZ
can improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness in the
market.
