Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya tempat bermain anak di Perumahan Pondok Mitra Lestari kota Bekasi. Kondisi ini menghambat perkembangan anak-anak, terutama dalam aspek pendidikan dan rekreasi. Tujuan dari rancangan ini adalah merancang tempat bermain anak yang terintegrasi dalam arsitektur yang menggabungkan elemen edukasi dan rekreasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan arsitektur "Edu-Recreation" yang mengintegrasikan unsur pendidikan dan rekreasi dalam desain bangunan. Framework yang digunakan adalah "Force Based Framework" untuk mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi desain, seperti kebutuhan pengguna, tuntutan lingkungan, dan kendala teknis. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei, analisis tapak, dan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil rancangan menunjukkan bahwa desain tempat bermain anak yang dirancang dapat menciptakan lingkungan bermain dan belajar yang adaptif dan menyenangkan. Konsep rancangan mencakup berbagai zona seperti tempat bermain yang terbagi menjadi 3 zona, tempat ibadah berupa masjid, dan taman kanak-kanak (TK) yang disusun berdasarkan kebutuhan dan aktivitas anak. Implementasi desain ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan anak dan mempererat hubungan antara masyarakat di perumahan.

The main problem faced is the lack of children's play space in Pondok Mitra Lestari Housing in Bekasi City. This condition hinders the development of children, especially in
the aspects of education and recreation. The purpose of this design is to design a children's play space integrated in architecture that combines educational and recreational elements. The method used is the “Edu-Recreation” architectural approach that integrates educational and recreational elements in building design. The framework used is the “Force Based Framework” to consider various factors that influence the design, such as user needs, environmental demands, and technical constraints. Data was collected through surveys, site analysis, and questionnaires. The design results show that the designed children's play space can create an adaptive and fun play and learning environment. The design concept includes various zones such as a play space which is divided into 3 zones, a place of worship in the form of a mosque, and a kindergarten school which is arranged based on the needs and activities of children. The implementation of this design is expected to have a positive impact on children's development and strengthen the relationship between communities in housing.
