Abstract

Pipa dan tangki penyimpanan rentan terhadap berbagai faktor kerusakan. Untuk tangki penyimpanan, faktor-faktor ini mencakup tekanan dan korosi yang disebabkan oleh cairan yang terkandung, keausan mekanis yang menyebabkan korosi, kebocoran, dan kontaminasi cairan. Ancaman tambahan untuk tangki penyimpanan termasuk pengisian berlebih, tekanan berlebih akibat reaksi kimia internal, pendidihan material dari paparan api yang berkepanjangan, dan pecahnya tangki. Pipa menghadapi faktor kerusakan seperti penyusutan berlebihan selama proses pengeringan, delaminasi, retakan, goresan, dan korosi, yang dapat memfasilitasi perembesan bahan kimia ke dalam material. Asset Integrity Management (AIM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan standar perawatan aset perusahaan. Salah satu pendekatan untuk pemeliharaan aset adalah melakukan analisis Risk Based Inspection (RBI). Dalam penelitian ini, aplikasi berbasis web akan dikembangkan yang akan digunakan untuk melakukan analisis RBI pada sistem pipa gas dan tangki penyimpanan di PT X. Aplikasi ini dibangun berdasarkan API RP 580 dan penulis melakukan analisis RBI berdasarkan API RP 581. Dalam analisis RBI awal yang dilakukan sebelum merancang aplikasi, penilaian inspeksi berbasis risiko dilakukan pada pipa dengan nomor tag 8-HL-3015-1B di PT X. Perhitungan Probability of Failure (POF) untuk tanggal RBI adalah 2.23E-03, dan untuk tanggal rencana RBI adalah 3.17E-03. Consequence of Failure (COF) dihitung sebesar 1063.83 m2. Selain itu, untuk AST JNE-ABJ- 404 (T-06), POF untuk tanggal RBI adalah 1.96E-02, dan untuk tanggal rencana RBI adalah 2.91E-02. COF untuk AST JNE-ABJ-404 (T-06) dihitung sebesar 98.41 m2, beserta rekomendasi untuk inspeksi lebih lanjut. Aplikasi berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi analisis RBI bagi perusahaan, meningkatkan kualitas manajemen aset. Hasil keluarannya meliputi perhitungan probabilitas dan konsekuensi kegagalan, hasil analisis risiko, serta jadwal inspeksi dan rekomendasi yang terperinci.

Piping and storage tanks are susceptible to a range of damage factors. For storage tanks, these factors encompass pressure and corrosion caused by the contained liquid, mechanical wear leading to corrosion, leaks, and contamination of the liquid. Additional threats to storage tanks include overfilling, overpressure due to internal chemical reactions, material boiling from prolonged exposure to flame impingement, and tank rupture. Piping faces damage factors such as excessive shrinkage during curing, delamination, cracks, scratches, and corrosion, which can facilitate chemical permeation into the material. Asset Integrity Management (AIM) aims to enhance the standard of care for company assets. One approach to asset maintenance involves conducting Risk-Based Inspection analysis. In this research, a web-based application will be developed that will be used to do RBI analysis on gas piping systems and storage tank at PT X. This application is built based on API RP 580 and the author conducted RBI analysis based on API RP 581. In the preliminary RBI analysis conducted prior to designing the application, a risk-based inspection assessment was conducted on the piping with tag number 8-HL-3015-1B at PT X. The Probability of Failure (POF) calculation for the RBI date is 2.23E-03, and for the RBI plan date is 3.17E-03. The Consequence of Failure (COF) is calculated to be 1063.83 m2. Additionally, for AST JNE-ABJ-404 (T-06), the POF for the RBI date is 1.96E-02, and for the RBI plan date, it is 2.91E-02. The COF for AST JNE-ABJ-404 (T-06) is calculated to be 98.41 m2, along with recommendations for further inspections. The Web-Based Application is expected to facilitate RBI analyses for companies, enhancing asset management quality. Its outputs include calculations for probability and consequence of failure, risk analysis results, and detailed inspection schedules with recommendations.
