Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Cipancuh di Kabupaten Indramayu, dengan luas persawahan 6319 ha, menghadapi penurunan kualitas dan efisiensi jaringan irigasi yang mempengaruhi sektor pertanian dan menimbulkan ketidakpastian pasokan air. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan revitalisasi yang mencakup modernisasi sistem irigasi, penggantian infrastruktur usang, dan penerapan teknologi terkini sepanjang 29 km. Infrastruktur yang diperbarui termasuk saluran, bangunan bagi sadap, gorong-gorong, dan pintu air. Proyek Akhir ini mengevaluasi kebutuhan air irigasi dan merancang revitalisasi jaringan irigasi di daerah Cipancuh. Berdasarkan pola tanam, tiga alternatif diajukan: Alternatif 1 membutuhkan 98,1 m³/detik, Alternatif 2 membutuhkan 42,1 m³/detik, dan Alternatif 3 membutuhkan 39,3 m³/detik. Analisis menunjukkan kondisi fisik saluran dan bangunan yang buruk menyebabkan ketidakmampuan menampung debit primer sebesar 7,9 m³/detik. Desain revitalisasi mencakup berbagai saluran dengan spesifikasi teknis tertentu. Perbaikan meliputi pembaharuan karateristik saluran, pergantian pasangan batu kali, gorong-gorong, dan penggantian pintu. Total biaya revitalisasi diperkirakan Rp 81,794,773,443.00. Dari tiga alternatif, Alternatif 3 paling menguntungkan dengan nilai BCR tertinggi sebesar 2,214 dan keuntungan mencapai Rp 745.576.544.071,71.

The Cipancuh Irrigation Area in Indramayu Regency, with a rice field area of 6319 ha, is facing a decline in the quality and efficiency of the irrigation network which is affecting the agricultural sector and creating uncertainty in water supply. To overcome this problem, revitalization was carried out which included modernizing the irrigation system, replacing outdated infrastructure, and implementing the latest technology along 29 km. Updated infrastructure includes channels, tapping structures, culverts and sluice gates. This final project evaluates irrigation water needs and designs the revitalization of the irrigation network in the Cipancuh area. Based on planting patterns, three alternatives are proposed: Alternative 1 requires 98.1 m³/sec, Alternative 2 requires 42.1 m³/sec, and Alternative 3 requires 39.3 m³/sec. Analysis shows that the poor physical condition of the channels and buildings causes the inability to accommodate primary discharge of 7.9 m³/second. The revitalization design includes various channels with certain technical specifications. Repairs include updating channel characteristics, replacing river stone masonry, culverts, and replacing doors. The total cost of revitalization is estimated at IDR 76,202,108,880.00. Of the three alternatives, Alternative 3 is the most profitable with the highest BCR value of 2.001 and profits reaching IDR 605,050,773,177.71.
