Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pembangunan sistem pemantauan untuk website Kantor Kecamatan Sukolilo di Kota Surabaya. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi dan layanan publik. Sistem pemantauan berbasis teknologi mutakhir digunakan untuk memantau kinerja website, keamanan, dan ketersediaan konten secara real-time. Data yang diperoleh dari pemantauan digunakan untuk perbaikan proaktif dan pengelolaan yang lebih efisien. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mendeteksi dan melaporkan sebagian besar insiden terkait kinerja dan keamanan website dengan cepat. Hal ini mendukung transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan pelayanan yang efektif di tingkat kantor kecamatan, khususnya di Kota Surabaya.

This research discusses the development of a monitoring system for the Sukolilo District Office website in Surabaya City. The primary goal is to enhance transparency of information and public services. The monitoring system, which utilizes advanced technology, is designed to track the website's performance, security, and content availability in real-time. The data obtained from the monitoring process is used for proactive improvements and more efficient management. The testing results show that this system is capable of quickly detecting and reporting most incidents related to website performance and security. This supports transparency, accountability, and effective service delivery at the district office level, particularly in Surabaya City.
