Abstract

Kecamatan Bataguh memiliki potensi yang besar dari sumber daya pertanian dan merupakan daerah penghasil padi terbesar di Kabupaten Kapuas, dengan kondisi yang belum memadai dan sebagian besar infrastruktur masih belum optimal sehingga diperlukan upaya pengembangan infrastruktur untuk pertanian yang mendukung ketersediaan dan ketahanan pangan di Kecamatan Bataguh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan kawasan pertanian dalam mendukung ketahanan dan ketersediaan pangan di Kecamatan Bataguh.
Pada tahap selanjutnya dilakukan proses dari tahap analisis dalam mencari kebutuhan infrastruktur kawasan pertanian yang mendukung ketersediaan dan ketahanan pangan. Diawali dengan tahap awal dengan analisis deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mengenali kondisi infrastruktur saat ini, tahap selanjutnya
diterapkan metode Importance-Performance Analysis untuk menilai tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja infrastruktur, dilanjutkan dengan IPA (Importance Performance Analysis Method) dan penggunaan metode Triangulasi sebagai tahap
akhir analisis untuk menghasilkan arahan pembangunan infrastruktur yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan ketersediaan dan ketahanan pangan di Kecamatan
Bataguh Kabupaten Kapuas.

The Bataguh Subdistrict has significant potential in agricultural resources and is the largest rice-producing area in Kapuas Regency. However, the current conditions and infrastructure are inadequate, and most infrastructure is not yet optimal. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop infrastructure for agriculture that supports food availability and security in the Bataguh Subdistrict. This study aims to identify the necessary infrastructure for agricultural area development to support food availability and security in the Bataguh Subdistrict. The next phase involves the process of analyzing the infrastructure needs
for agricultural areas that support food availability and security. This begins with an initial phase using descriptive analysis to recognize the current infrastructure
conditions. The next phase applies the Importance Performance Analysis method to assess the importance and performance levels of the infrastructure. This is followed by the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis Method) and the use of the Triangulation method as the final stage of analysis to produce infrastructure development directions that are tailored to the food availability and security needs in the Bataguh Subdistrict, Kapuas Regency.
