Abstract
Salah satu percetakan offset besar di Bogor adalah XYZ. Dalam mengembangkan usahanya XYZ menjadi percetakan offset dengan specialisasi dus kemasan yang memiliki konsumen besar di wilayah Bogor. namun sangat disayangkan model bisnis di percetakan ini masih konvensional sehingga belum adanya integrasi antara layanan konsumen dengan manajemen administrasi yang menyulitkan target konsumennya dalam proses pemesanan, tracking proses produksi dll. Agar dapat memudahkan target konsumen dalam proses pemesanan, transaksi pembayaran serta tracking proses produksi maka percetakan ini harus mulai mendigitalisasi proses bisnisnya agar dapat memudahkan konsumennya. Di sisi lain percetakan ini juga dapat menjangkau target konsumen lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design thinking, Penelitian ini membantu percetakan XYZ dalam mendigitalisasi proses bisnisnya, Secara keseluruhan, nilai rata-rata SUS dari ketiga kelompok responden menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi percetakan XYZ memiliki tingkat usability yang tinggi. Semua kelompok responden memberikan nilai yang masuk dalam kategori A dan kategori adjektiva "good-excellent". Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini user-friendly dan efektif dalam mendukung kebutuhan pengguna.

One of the major offset printing houses in Bogor is XYZ. In developing its business, XYZ has become an offset printing company with packaging box specialization that has large consumers in the Bogor area. However, it is unfortunate that the business model in this printing house is still conventional so that there is no integration between customer service and administrative management which makes it difficult for the target consumer in the ordering process, tracking the production process, etc. In order to make it easier for target consumers in the ordering process, payment transactions and tracking the production process, this printing house must start digitizing its business processes to make it easier for its consumers. On the other hand, this printing can also reach a wider target consumer. This study uses the Design thinking method, This study helps XYZ printing in digitizing its business processes, Overall, the average SUS score of the three groups of respondents shows that the XYZ printing application has a high usability level. All groups of respondents gave scores that were included in the A category and the "good-excellent" adjective category. This shows that this application is user-friendly and effective in supporting user needs.
