Abstract
modifikasi pasca-analitik hingga mendekati nol.
keterlambatan TAT. =========================================================== Turnaround time (TAT) in clinical laboratories is a critical performance indicator that significantly affects patient care and operational efficiency within healthcare facilities. This thesis investigates the application of process mining techniques to reduce TAT at a Type B
public hospital in Indonesia, analyzing data from January to March 2024. By examining activity logs from the Laboratory Information System (LIS), the research identifies inefficiencies and variability in laboratory processes that contribute to extended TAT around 20%. Apromore was utilized to analyze event logs and generate a comprehensive process map, including attributes such as duration, number of cases, and other relevant statistical data. The analysis revealed that delays predominantly stem from urgent sample analysis, with 23% of sample cases exceeding the stakeholders' expectations. The recommendation provided is to
minimize post-analytic modifications to near zero. Root cause analytic using Fish Bone Diagram is employed. The factors contributing to the issues are the personnel skills, technology and SOP, which need to be improved to minimizing the delayed TAT.
