Abstract

Sistem drainase di dalam bandar udara berfungsi sebagai pengendalian aliran air sehingga tidak terjadi kekeringan atau banjir. Bandar udara juanda sendiri sebenarnya sudah memiliki sistem drainase yang kompleks. Namun sistem drainase yang digunakan masih tergolong konvensional, dimana diperlukan adanya modernisasi sistem drainase sebagai bentuk upaya menjaga pengendalian sirkulasi air dalam jangka panjang. Polipropilena menjadi salah satu bahan jenis plastik yang digunakan dalam aplikasi subdrain. Salah satu teknologi atau properti yang dikembangkan dari polipropilena tersebut adalah subsurface drainage yang direncanakan pada sistem bagian sisi udara yang memiliki keuntungan dapat mengalirkan air melalui saluran bawah permukaan tanah dengan volume tampungan yang tinggi, sehingga akan meminimalisir resiko terjadinya banjir ataupun genangan di permukaan.
Perencanaan subsurface drain teknologi polipropilena pada sisi udara Bandar Udara Juanda dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan pengolahan data awal dan didapatkan data hujan rencana, dimensi saluran drainase, dan data kontur. Digunakan simulasi hidrologi yang kemudian dapat direncanakan kapasitas tampungan eksisting. Dilakukan perencanaan desain saluran drainase dimana apabila nilai debit saluran lebih besar dari debit rencana maka akan didapatkan gambar perencanaan dan skema sistem drainase.
Dari perencanaan ini dapat didapatkan nilai kapasitas saluran yang dapat menampung debit banjir terbesar yaitu 0,457 m3/s. Pada perhitungan saluran melintang eksisting didapatkan bahwa dimensi buis beton memiliki diameter 0,5 dapat menampung debit rencana tertinggi yang melalui saluran polipropilena dengan besar 0,626 m3/s dengan luasan area tangkapan 145,62 ha. Pada perhitungan kapasitas saluran gorong-gorong didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,782 m3/s. Skema jaringan untuk sistem drainase subsurface drain teknologi polipropilena sisi udara Bandar Udara Juanda direncanakan skema jaringan sistem drainase di pipe shoulder runway dan taxiway selatan yang dilewatkan melalui saluran bawah tanah eksisting melintang melewati runway dan taxiway selatan menuju sungai turen sebagai outlet saluran. Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan sebesar Rp. 102.323.598.000,00 didapat dari biaya harga biaya pekerjaan per meter dikali dengan panjang akumulatif saluran.

The drainage system inside the Airport functions as a water flow control so that drought or flooding does not occur. Juanda Airport itself actually already has a complex drainage system. However, the drainage system used is still conventional, and modernization of the drainage system is needed as a form of effort to maintain water circulation control in the long term. Polypropylene is one of the types of plastic materials used in sub-drain applications. One of the technologies or properties developed from polypropylene is sub-surface drainage, which is planned for the airside system and has the advantage of being able to drain water through underground channels with a high volume of storage, so it will minimize the risk of flooding or puddles on the surface.
The planning of the polypropylene technology sub-surface drain on the air side of Juanda Airport was carried out by collecting and processing initial data and obtaining planned rainfall data, drainage channel dimensions, and contour data. Hydrological simulations were used, which could then plan the existing storage capacity. Drainage channel design planning was carried out where if the channel discharge value were more significant than the planned discharge, a planning image and drainage system scheme would be obtained.
From this planning, the value of the channel capacity that can accommodate the most significant flood discharge is 0,457 m3/s. In the calculation of the existing transverse channel, it was found that the dimensions of the concrete pipe have a diameter of 0,5 which can accommodate the highest planned discharge through the polypropylene channel with a size of 0,626 m3/s with a catchment area of 145,62 ha. In the calculation of the capacity of the culvert channel, a value of 0,782 m3/s was obtained. The network scheme for the sub-surface drain system with polypropylene technology on the air side of Juanda Airport is planned as a drainage system network scheme in the pipe should runway and southern taxiway, which is passed through the existing underground channel across the runway and southern taxiway towards the Turen River as the channel outlet the calculation of the planned budget required in the planning of Rp. 102.323.598.000,00 is obtained from the cost of the work cost per meter multiplied by the accumulative length of the channel.
