Abstract
Sangat krusial bagi sebuah perbankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hubungan yang mampu dijalin dengan pihak-pihak eksternal maupun internal terutama kepada sesama pegawai perbankan. Karena itu pula, pemberian perhatian terhadap hubungan baik di tempat kerja atau relationship well-being perlu diperhatikan setiap faktor-faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi hal tersebut, termasuk religiosity, phsycologycal contract, relational orientation, dan relationship capital. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online yang dibagikan kepada pegawai perbankan pada bank BUMN, swasta, milik daerah. Dalam analisisinya, penelitian ini menggunakan software PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua dari variabel independen yakni phsycologycal contract dan relational orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap relationship well-being, sementara religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap relationship well-being.

It is very crucial for a bank to improve the quality of relationships it can establish with external and internal parties, especially with fellow banking employees. For this reason, paying attention to good relationships in the workplace or relationship well-being requires attention to all factors that have the potential to influence this, including religiosity, psychological contracts, relational orientation, and relationship capital. This research uses an online questionnaire distributed to banking employees at state-owned, private and regionally owned banks. In its analysis, this research uses PLS-SEM software. The results of the research show that two of the independent variables, namely psychological contract and relational orientation, have a significant effect on relationship well-being, while religiosity does not have a significant effect on relationship well-being.
