Abstract
Perkembangan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara menjadi salah satu sektor unggulan karena memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata yang dapat menarik wisatawan salah satunya adalah Kawasan Gili Tramena. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kawasan Gili Tramena pada tahun 2023 meningkat sebesar 378 persen dari jumlah kunjungan pada tahun 2020. Namun, dengan peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisata tersebut tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak postif namun juga menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan berupa keluhan dari wisatawan akan kurangnya kualitas pengelolaan infrastruktur pendukung di Kawasan Gili Tramena. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan wisatawan mempersingkat waktu kunjungan ke Kawasan Gili Tramena maksimal hanya tiga malam. Pengelolaan pariwisata di Kawasan Gili Tramena saat ini masih berorientasi pada jumlah kunjungan namun belum memperhatikan aspek kualitas sarana dan prasarana serta layanan pariwisata yang bisa diberikan kepada wisatawan.
Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis Delphi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang konsensus dalam pengembangan quality tourism, analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting pengembangan quality tourism, serta analisis triangulasi dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menyusun arahan pengembangan wilayah untuk meningkatkan quality tourism di Kawasan Gili Tramena.
Didapatkan hasil berupa arahan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman yang berkualitas dengan memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan yang di berikan kepada wisatawan dan peningkatan pengelolaan infrastruktur pendukung pariwisata sehingga dapat memperlama wisatawan menginap di lokasi wisata, meningkatkan keuntungan yang berkualitas dengan mengoptimalkan peran investor, serta meningkatkan kualitas akomodasi sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai okupansi hotel dan restoran untuk mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi di Kawasan Gili Tramena, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dengan peningkatan pengelolaan kegiatan pariwisata, kemudahan aksesibilitas menuju lokasi wisata, dan pelibatan komunitas lokal sehingga pendapatan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat dapat meningkat

The development of the tourism sector in North Lombok Regency has become one of the leading sectors due to its potential tourist attractions, including the Gili Tramena area. The number of tourist visits to the Gili Tramena area in 2023 increased by 378 percent compared to the number of visits in 2020. However, the increase in tourist visits has not only brought positive impacts but also some problems, such as complaints from tourists about the lack of quality management of supporting infrastructure in the Gili Tramena area. These problems have caused tourists to shorten their stay in the Gili Tramena area to a maximum of only three nights. Currently, tourism management in the Gili Tramena area is still oriented towards the number of visits and has not yet focused on the quality of facilities and services provided to tourists.
The analysis methods used include Delphi analysis to identify consensus factors in the development of quality tourism, qualitative descriptive analysis to identify the existing conditions of quality tourism development, as well as triangulation analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis to formulate regional development directions to support quality tourism in the Gili Tramena area.
The results obtained include directions to enhance the quality experience by paying attention to the quality of services provided to tourists and improving the management of supporting tourism infrastructure to extend the duration of tourist stays, increasing quality profits by optimizing the role of investors, and improving the quality of accommodation to influence hotel and restaurant occupancy rates, thereby supporting the economic sustainability in the Gili Tramena area. Additionally, improving the quality of life for the community through better tourism management, ease of accessibility to tourist locations, and the involvement of local communities can increase income and quality of life for residents.
