Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan dan tren penelitian terkait rantai pasok kopi melalui analisis bibliometrik dari database Scopus. Ditemukan 206 artikel yang relevan dalam topik penelitian Rantai Pasok pada Kopi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi penelitian-penelitian yang berhubungan dengan topik utama rantai pasok kopi seperti permintaan kopi global, dinamika sertifikasi kopi, pengolahan limbah kopi, preferensi pasar, dan jenis konsumsi rumahan kopi. Metode penelitian yang dominan adalah kuantitatif, kualitatif, dan campuran. Analisis sitasi menunjukkan bahwa penelitian oleh Kilian B memiliki total sitasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti berbagai tantangan dalam rantai pasok kopi, termasuk jarak antara produksi dan konsumsi, kondisi cuaca, infrastruktur, dan ketidakstabilan politik. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup analisis kinerja ilmiah dan pemetaan sains yang melibatkan bibliographic coupling dan co-citation analysis. Journal of Cleaner Production muncul sebagai jurnal terkemuka dalam bidang ini, sementara negara-negara seperti United State, Brazil, dan Indonesia menunjukkan kontribusi terbesar dalam penelitian rantai pasok kopi.

This study examines developments and trends in research related to coffee supply chains through bibliometric analysis of the Scopus database. 206 relevant articles were found in the Supply Chain on Coffee research topic. The research identified research related to key topics in the coffee supply chain such as global coffee demand, coffee certification dynamics, coffee waste processing, market preferences, and types of coffee household consumption. The dominant research methods are quantitative, qualitative, and mixed. The analysis of the situation shows that the study by Kilian B has a high total citation. The study also highlights various challenges in the coffee supply chain, including the gap between production and consumption, weather conditions, infrastructure, and political instability. The results of this research include scientific performance analysis and science mapping involving bibliographic coupling and co-citation analysis. The Journal of Cleaner Production emerged as a leading journal in this field, while countries such as the United States, Brazil, and Indonesia showed the largest contributions to coffee supply chain research.
