Abstract
Kapal Fery-roro milik PT X memiliki data ketidaksesuai yang di rekap dengan jumlah ketidaksesuai/kegagalan pada propulsion functional sebesar 45% dan merupakan kerusakan paling besar daripada functional grup lainnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kegagalan perlu adanya suatu metode perawatan. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) merupakan metode perawatan yang berfokus pada peningkatan keandalan komponen dalam sistem. Dari penelitian ini kita dapat Menganalisis mode kegagalan suatu komponen dan dampaknya pada sistem poros propulsi, Menganalisis kekritisan suatu komponen pada sistem poros propulsi, Membuat rekomendasi strategi perawatan komponen-komponen pada sistem poros propulsi. RCM menggunakan prinsip manajemen risiko untuk menentukan tugas dan jadwal perawatan dengan tepat.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terdapat 3 kategori Maintenance Task, dimana pada sistem propeller kategori A memiliki 4 task list, kategori B memiliki 14 task list, dan kategori C memiliki 17 task list. Pada sistem shafting kategori A memiliki 4 task list, kategori B memiliki 18 task list, dan kategori C memiliki 28 task list. Pada semua kategori sistem propeller maintencance untuk PM sebesar 57% dengan 20 task list, untuk CM sebesar 17% dengan 6 task list , untuk OTC sebesar 11% dengan 4 task list, dan untuk FF sebesar 14% dengan 5 task list. Kategori sistem Shafting maintenance untuk PM sebesar 43% dengan 20 task list, untuk CM sebesar 13% dengan 6 task list , untuk OTC sebesar 17% dengan 8 task list, dan untuk FF sebesar 26% dengan 12 task list.

PT X Ferry-roro vessel has non-conformity data that is recapped with the number of non-conformities/failures in functional propulsion of 45% and is the largest damage than other functional groups. Therefore, to minimize the occurrence of failure, it is necessary to have a maintenance method. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a maintenance method that focuses on improving the reliability of components in a system. From this study, we can analyze the failure mode of a component and its impact on the propulsion shaft system, Analyze the criticality of a component in the propulsion shaft system, Make recommendations for maintenance strategies for components in the propulsion shaft system. RCM uses risk management principles to determine the task and schedule of treatment appropriately.
Based on the results of this study, there are 3 categories of Maintenance Tasks, where the propeller system category A has 4 task lists, category B has 14 task lists, and category C has 17 task lists. In the shafting system, category A has 4 task lists, category B has 18 task lists, and category C has 28 task lists. In all categories of propeller systems, maintencance for PM is 57% with 20 task lists, for CM is 17% with 6 task lists, for OTC is 11% with 4 task lists, and for FF is 14% with 5 task lists. The Shafting maintenance system category for PM is 43% with 20 task lists, for CM is 13% with 6 task lists, for OTC is 17% with 8 task lists, and for FF is 26% with 12 task lists.
