Abstract

The provision of inclusive city parks for people with disabilities is crucial in the context of modern urbanization. The Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 05/PRT/M/2008 mandates that city parks function as ecological green spaces and social spaces that support community interaction. In Banyuwangi Regency, efforts to improve public space performance have been realized through the construction and renovation of city parks, such as Taman Sritan-jung. However, research on the performance of public spaces for people with disabilities in Banyuwangi is still mini-mal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the performance of Taman Sritanjung based on the preferences of people with disabilities, hoping to provide constructive input for improving public space performance in the region. The re-search methods used are the Delphi Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis. The comparison of the im-portance and performance of Taman Sritanjung found that many variables, especially those related to people with disabilities, have low performance, such as disability-specific toilets (B5) which are highly important but perform poorly. Conversely, vegetation (D2) performs well but is less important. Key factors requiring development focus in-clude disability-specific toilets, disabled parking areas, ramps, handrails, and guiding paths. This indicates that peo-ple with disabilities are not yet satisfied with the existing performance.
