Abstract
Perkembangan teori Human-Centred Design sudah perlahan tergeserkan dengan teori lainnya. Namun, perkembangan teori ini terutama dalam bidang Learning Space membuahkan guideline yang pasti untuk merancang tempat edukasi non-formal. Rancangan edukasi dengan lingkup wisata menjadi wadah yang baik untuk memperkaya eksistensi pengalaman baru bagi manusia. Konteks objek wisata kopi ini memiliki peran penting dalam pengalaman baru yang akan ditawarkan pada perancangan. Konteks edukasi dengan bantuan Human-Centred Design Guidelines untuk Learning Space sendiri akan menjadi pedoman untuk penerapan ‘edukasi’ yang akan memunculkan pengalaman baru dan berkesan bagi pengunjung dalam rancangan. Sementara itu, objek wisata kopi sendiri menjadi kurikulum pada edukasi yang akan disajikan di dalam rancangan.Wisata perjalanan kopi menjadi pilihan pembentukkan kurikulum edukasi kopi. Rancangan ini juga berfokus pada respon wisata edukasi dengan kondisi tapak yang berkontur. Dengan menggunakan Force-Based Framework, rancangan ini dapat menghadirkan integrasi aspek-aspek tapak, teori, budaya calon pengunjung maupun objek kopi. Perancangan ini menghasilkan pengalaman-pengalaman dan ilmu baru terkait eksplorasi aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan kopi.

The development of Human-Centred Design theory has slowly been replaced by other theories. However, the development of this theory, especially in the field of Learning Space, has resulted in definite guidelines for designing non-formal educational places. Educational plans with a tourism scope are a good forum for enriching the existence of new experiences for humans. The context of the tourist attraction here has an important role in the new experiences that will be offered in the design. The educational context with the help of the Human-Centred Design Guidelines for Learning Space itself will become a guideline for implementing 'education' which will create new and memorable experiences for visitors in the design. Meanwhile, the coffee tourist attraction itself is part of the educational curriculum that will be presented in the design. This design focuses on the response of educational tourism to contoured site conditions. Force-Based Framework used to present the integration of aspects on site, theory, culture of potential visitors and coffee objects. Design produces new experiences and knowledge related to the exploration of activities related to coffee.
