Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perencanaan pemecah gelombang di Dermaga Tasikagung, Rembang, dengan fokus pada peramalan gelombang, penentuan elevasi pasang surut, layout breakwater, desain breakwater, dan rancangan anggaran biaya. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Pantai Dermaga Rembang, suatu wilayah pantai strategis untuk kegiatan nelayan dan perekonomian lokal. Pengumpulan data melibatkan informasi angin, pasang surut, serta data batimetri untuk memahami kondisi laut sekitar. Metode perencanaan menggunakan pemodelan dengan software MIKE 21 dan Geostudio, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan efektif dalam perancangan pemecah gelombang untuk melindungi kegiatan nelayan dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah pantai tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Pertama, peramalan gelombang di PPP Tasikagung mencatat periode gelombang maksimum sebesar 3,28 detik dengan ketinggian maksimum 0,55 meter. Kedua, analisis pasang surut menunjukkan nilai HHWL sebesar 1,69 meter dan LLWL sebesar 0,18 meter, dengan run-up gelombang mencapai 2,45 meter dan tinggi puncak keseluruhan 3,45 meter. Ketiga, dimensi breakwater yang direncanakan meliputi berat butir pelindung 32,64 kilogram, lebar puncak 4 meter, tebal lapisan 1 meter, dan tinggi bangunan 3,45 meter. Keempat, stabilitas breakwater dengan metode irisan manual dan analisis Geostudio mencatat nilai keamanan 1,3 pada kondisi gempa, HHWL, dan LLWL. Kelima, rancangan anggaran biaya breakwater pada sisi barat adalah Rp. 72,855,865,798.31 dan sisi timur Rp. 100,090,793,300.97. Terakhir, model perlindungan alternatif menunjukkan efektivitas yang baik dalam meredam angin namun kurang dalam meredam gelombang, dengan selisih anggaran perencanaan sebesar Rp. 98.822.543.445,86.

This research discusses the planning of a breakwater at Tasikagung Pier, Rembang, focusing on wave forecasting, determination of tidal elevation, breakwater layout, breakwater design, and budget planning. The research location is at the Rembang Pier Beach, a strategic coastal area for fishing activities and local economy. Data collection involves wind information, tides, and bathymetric data to understand the surrounding sea conditions. The planning method uses modeling with MIKE 21 and Geostudio software, which is expected to provide effective guidance in designing breakwaters to protect fishing activities and promote economic growth in the coastal area. The analysis results show several important findings. First, wave forecasting at PPP Tasikagung recorded a maximum wave period of 3.28 seconds with a maximum height of 0.55 meters. Second, tidal analysis shows HHWL values of 1.69 meters and LLWL of 0.18 meters, with wave run-up reaching 2.45 meters and a total peak height of 3.45 meters. Third, the planned breakwater dimensions include a protective grain weight of 32.64 kilograms, a crest width of 4 meters, a layer thickness of 1 meter, and a structure height of 3.45 meters. Fourth, breakwater stability using the manual slice method and Geostudio analysis recorded a safety factor of 1.3 under earthquake, HHWL, and LLWL conditions. Fifth, the breakwater budget planning on the west side is Rp. 72,855,865,798.31 and on the east side is Rp. 100,090,793,300.97. Finally, the alternative protection model shows good effectiveness in reducing wind but is less effective in reducing waves, with a planning budget difference of Rp. 98,822,543,445.86.
