Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan intensitas hujan cukup tinggi. Permasalahan banjir melanda beberapa wilayah di Indonesia, salah satu Kabupaten Kediri. Sungai yang berada di Kabupaten Kediri antara lain Sungai Brantas, Sungai Kresek, Sungai Parang, Sungai Kedak, Sungai Ngampel dan Sungai Bendo Krosok. Sungai Bendo Krosok beberapa kali meluap. Pengendalian banjir dilakukan dengan cara melalui normalisasi, pembangunan bangunan pelindung banjir, penggunaan lahan. Panjang sungai 4.525 km dan luas sebesar 23.504 km2. Analisa curah hujan kawasan Sungai Bendo Krosok Kabupaten Kediri sebesar 98.750 mm menggunakan poligon thiessen. Pemilihan periode ulang menggunakan periode ulang 25 tahun. Curah hujan rencana sebesar 145.967 mm dengan menggunakan metode distribusi frekuensi log pearson tipe III. Luas area sungai dibagi tiga bagian yakni hulu, tengah, dan hilir. Luas area hulu sebesar 6.4812 km2, area tengah sebesar 3.1162 km2, dan area hilir sebesar 11.5503 km2.
Menghitung debit puncak dengan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu. Debit puncak Q25 didapatkan nilai sebesar 161.889 m3/s area hulu, 51.577 area tengah, dan 182.476 m3/s area hilir. Dilakukan simulasi pemodelan menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS 6.2. Setelah dimodelkan, sungai tidak dapat menampung volume air sehingga meluap. Dilakukan normalisasi kemudian dimodelkan kembali menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS 6.2. Kapasitas tampungan efektif Sungai Bendo Krosok Kabupaten Kediri sebesar 14.587 m3, sehingga tidak dapat menampung volume Q25 sebesar 6481.200 m3. Metode pengendalian banjir yang digunakan untuk Sungai Bendo Krosok Kabupaten Kediri ialah normalisasi.

Indonesia is a country with quite high rainfall intensity. The problem of flooding has hit several regions in Indonesia, one of which is Kediri Regency. Rivers in Kediri Regency include the Brantas River, Kresek River, Parang River, Kedak River, Ngampel River and Bendo Krosok River. The Bendo Krosok River overflowed several times. Flood control is carried out through normalization, construction of flood protection buildings, land use. The length of the river is 4,525 km and the area is 23,504 km2. Analysis of rainfall in the Bendo Krosok River area, Kediri Regency, is 98,750 mm using Thiessen polygons. The return period selection uses a return period of 25 years. The planned
rainfall is 145,967 mm using the log Pearson type III frequency distribution method. The river area is divided into three parts, namely upstream, middle and downstream. The upstream area is 6,4812 km2, the middle area is 3,1162 km2, and the downstream area is 11,5503 km2. Calculating peak discharge using the HSS Nakayasu method. The Q25 peak discharge value was found to be 161,889 m3/s in the upstream area, 51,577 in the middle area, and 182,476 m3/s in the downstream area. Modeling simulations were carried out using the HEC�RAS 6.2 application. After modeling, the river cannot accommodate the volume of water so it overflows. Normalization was carried out then modeled again using the HEC-RAS 6.2 application. The effective storage capacity of the Bendo Krosok River, Kediri Regency is 14,587 m3, so it cannot accommodate the Q25 volume of 6481,200 m3. The flood control method used for the Bendo Krosok River in Kediri Regency is normalization.
