Abstract
Perkembangan emosional merupakan aspek penting yang memengaruhi kemampuan anak dalam beradaptasi di lingkungan sekitarnya. Hal tersebut menjadikan perkembangan emosi harus dimulai sejak dini agar anak mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengomunikasikan emosi yang sedang dirasakan. Seseorang yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dinyatakan mampu mengenali diri sendiri dan memiliki control diri yang baik. Hal tersebut dapat memengaruhi kemampuan adaptasi seseorang karena seseorang tersebut akan mampu mengekspresikan emosinya dengan baik atas keadaan yang sedang dialami. Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua menjadi penting untuk memberikan stimulasi yang tepat sesuai dengan tumbuh kembang anak salah satunya dengan bermain. Dalam hal ini, media dibutuhkan untuk anak sebagai aktivitas bermain dan belajar. Maka diperlukan media berupa buku sebagai bentuk upaya mengenalkan dan mengelola emosi kepada anak melalui pendekatan media pembelajaran buku visual interaktif. Pada perancangan ini digunakan beberapa metode yaitu, studi literatur melalui jurnal, media online, depth interview kepada narasumber terkait, observasi dan studi eksperimental. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa buku visual interaktif dengan konsep pembelajaran pengembangan emosional anak degan elemen interaktif didalamnya dan dikemas dalam sebuah cerita. Hal tersebut memiliki tujuan untuk memudahkan target audiens mengikuti informasi dan apa yang pembelajaran mengenai pengenalan emosi yang terdapat di dalam buku. Melalui buku visual interaktif ini diharapkan menjadi media alternatif penunjang orang tua dalam mengenalkan dan mengelola emosi kepada anak usia dini.

Emotional development is an important aspect that influences a child's ability to adapt to their surrounding environment. This means that emotional development must start from an early age so that children are able to identify and communicate the emotions they are feeling. Someone who has emotional intelligence is said to be able to recognize themselves and have good self-control. This can affect a person's ability to adapt because a person will be able to express their emotions well regarding the situation they are experiencing. Therefore, the role of parents is important to provide appropriate stimulation according to the child's growth and development, one of which is by playing. In this case, media is needed for children as play and learning activities. So media in the form of books is needed as a form of effort to introduce and manage emotions to children through an interactive visual book learning media approach. In this design, several methods were used, namely, literature study through journals, online media, depth interviews with relevant sources, observation and experimental studies. The result of this design is an interactive visual book with the concept of learning children's emotional development with interactive elements in it and packaged in a story. This aims to make it easier for the target audience to follow the information and learning about recognizing emotions contained in the book. Through this interactive visual book, it is hoped that it will become an alternative media to support parents in introducing and managing emotions to young children.
